After a few days discussing price and everything with a sales associate we agreed on a price and he sent me over the paperwork!! I then sent that info to my finance company of choice that I love and enjoy doing business with!!! So I'm waiting to hear back from them and this Idiot sales associate by Joseph Blake has the nerve to message me saying they sold the navigator last night!!! If I would have known it would take a deposit to lock a deal down I would have been happy to do so!!! I got the so called manager on the phone and his response was that's how they do business there!!!! The entire experience was a waste of time and money and I discourage anyone from doing business with this group of unprofessional assholes!! Fair warning!!!

Easy purchase experience and worked with me the whole time. Agreed to fix a few things as part of sale (used car) and ensure was detailed perfect. Even gave a loaner car while work was being done. Even made sure the loaner was comparable so my whole family could fit. If that wasn't enough, when the alternator went out days later (not their fault nor would have been able to predict it going out), they got it into the service center asap and replaced it and the battery for free. Great sales, great service and earned a repeat customer.

Matt, the service manager, was willing to meet with me and come to a resolution regarding an issue. I am hoping and putting trust in Matt that the resolution he and his team came up with is a permanent fix! Will update if not. So long as it was, I will continue to service and purchase cars there. Matt seems to want customers happy and that is rare these days.

My wife and I purchased a Nissan Rogue about a year ago from this location.Apparently they (Nissan) were having Internet issues the day that we signed our initial contract, but we were given an explanation that the day the contract was signed; would be the day the contract began-as well as the financing.Fast-forward a few months and now the financing company has notified us we had several months of late fees adding up. This made no sense considering the original date of the purchase agreement was about two weeks prior to the new date on the contract (filled out post-signing) and not communicated that the date had actually been changed.Now almost a year into owning the vehicle, we have had absolutely no help from Nissan other than to find out that it was in fact Nissan, (as told by the auto finance company) who messed up the contract to begin with. And thus, my wife and I are still unable to refinance our car.Take your business elsewhere as this place will not care about you as soon as you pay and sign the contract. Management does not give a single crap about its customers and it clearly shows in how they run their business.Not to mention they insisted I replace an air filter that cost $10 for $50 through them every time I got my "free oil changes" included with the brand new car. Each time I refuse the replacement they shoved the air filter in the wrong direction and made replacing it myself an extreme pain in the butt.

Worst experience ever. Tried to steal my trade after I had to pay $2k over list and drive three hours to pick up. They had my Carvana offer of $32,400 up front and then offered $27k thinking I would not back out.Wrong. Totally ripoff dealership.

Excellent customer service. I actually bring my suv in from out of state while visiting family. They are great to fit me in and keep my car in good condition. Last trip, I had a strange noise. They fitted me in and fixed within 24 hours turnaround.

Terrible car shopping experience - epic waste of time! Yes, COVID has caused challenges with supply. However, you cannot expect people to want to buy at your dealership when your management says things like "we need to hold on to our inventory". Ok dude, you have 23 of the 2020 model remaining and I can't even get you to give me a clear price on a non-titled "new" demo on your lot that has 2800 miles!?!? That's not technically new in my mind. Long story short - these guys aren't serious about selling cars, skip this place. There's a reason they are hanging onto inventory, I must have got it wrong that a dealership would want to make a deal and sell a car, not this one.

We had a great buying experience here! Margaret our sales rep was super patient with us while we found the right car we wanted. We originally went to look at an Altima but ended up with a kicks due to more features that we wanted. Would definitely come here again!
