“I just recently experienced what customer service really means. I had changed my internet service from Xfinity to ATT and was attempting to activate my new ATT service. I was struggling with the directions and I had remembered that the sales person at the store had offered to come to my house if I had any problems. Of course I didn’t think that he meant it. To my surprise he came through and came to my house after he got off from work. This was truly an example of customer service.”

“Eric is an amazing person and does great work. I had a broken phone so I bought a new one from him and it has been great. I had 1 small glitch with the phone, I talked to Eric and he said bring it back. I took the phone back and it was a simple fix. Got it done and was on my way. He's a sweet person. I honestly can't thank him enough.”
