The gentleman with the glasses (I don't know his name ?) is working every time I come through, and he always has a smile. He even waves to my kiddos as the roller takes us into the wash. These seemingly small things always add a little extra sunshine to my day. Every employee I see here makes eye contact and, at the very least, nods in welcome. This location is the friendliest I've visited, and my favorite to frequent.

My teenage daughters brought our mini cooper here to get a car wash. It has an antenna that you can detach. The workers didn't detach the antenna so during the wash it ripped the whole thing off.
I went up there & the assistant manager wrote an incident report, took pictures & said the manager would contact me the next day. It's been 9 days & no one has contacted me. I'm very disappointed & wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to risk your car being damaged.

Everytime I come to utilize this location it's the same run in with Zachry. He is an employee that is so rude to your paying clients. The first run in I had with him, is the mister carwash sticker was placed over my Vin number and would not scan correctly. I asked him could he fix this issue and this is where it went all down hill, Zachry uses hand motions instead of articulating and using words, we are supposed to be mind readers of what he wants and when you don’t read his mind correctly, he likes to yell at your customers. When you tell him that he needs to verbally tell me what he would like me to do then he mocks you. Had another run in with him again today and he kept telling me to pull up until your entrance bar closed on my hood and I looked at him and said really? Then he said you got to close. I said I was following your hand motions and you kept wanting me to pull up.
Edit- To Mister carwash response the email that you provided is invalid. Not able to reach out and spoke to the manager after the first occurrence and nothing had changed in Zachry's behavior and interactions with your customers. I asked for the District manager's name and phone number and was told they could not give me that information.

I’ve been coming here for years now and I always get a great wash! The staff is very nice and professional! The General Manager, Trey, and Site Manager, Jordan, have always been great and definitely run a great business! I always enjoy coming to the Gallatin Mister location!

Unless you are cleaning the dust off of your car or maybe the salt off of your underbody, it's pointless. Took my truck through, maybe marginally less bugs on the windshield, hood and grill. Having to manually wash your vehicle after paying $26 to have it "washed" is not a great experience for $26. For those of you that say I should have taken it through again: why shouldn't I expect it to be done right the first time?

Great place to get your vehicle cleaned very well with affordable monthly rates, way cheaper than per wash visit - and best part is that the monthly wash plan unlimited so you can wash your car as much as you want! Highly recommend!
