Bad experience. Ordered a part from their website and delivery was suppose to be 6-7 days. 10 days later I tried to email them inquiring where my order was and the email was returned undeliverable. The next day I received an email that it was just now being shipped! I emailed them again with a different address requesting my shipping cost at least be refunded since I paid extra, and that email was also returned as undeliverable. Fake emails to keep people from complaining, I guess.

After seeing all the negative reviews, I was skeptical, but two other Ford dealers said it would take one to two weeks just to look at my car (yes really) I called Miracle last Friday. They said bring it in we will look at it today. They did and fixed my issue by 5 pm on Friday. When I picked her up, not only did they fix my issue, but they did a recall which installed a brand new HVAC control system for the rear seats. I thought this was excellent customer service! Thanks Larry! I wish they were closer to me, I drove 40 miles to get here

Just got our 2016 Diesel F-250 truck back from Miracle Ford after FOUR months and THOUSANDS of dollars' worth of "repairs" only to have it break down again less than 24 hours later. During the 4 months, our Service Advisor was unhelpful, rude, and had zero communication. We had to go in person to try to get updates on our truck. The mechanics threw parts at it "trying" to fix it. We are not convinced that all these repairs were necessary. Miracle Ford does not care at all about their customers or properly fixing their vehicles. We talked to their Fixed Ops Director who didn't care about helping us, he only wants us to bring the truck back to the shop to get more money out of us. He told my husband this morning that their dealership didn't NEED to work on our truck because he had 30 cars outside waiting to be worked on. We have contacted the owner twice with zero response. The only one who cared was their Customer Relations Service Manager who unfortunately doesn't have any say in fixing the situation. So RUN FAR AWAY from Miracle Ford Service Department!!! I would give zero stars if I could. (On a side note----they record all phone calls....we were not aware. And if they offer you a loaner they will use that against you during negotiations for your final bill)

Service department is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Read the other reviews. Don't buy a car from here. I have not had a good experience. I unfortunately have to keep coming back because of a warranty. Thinking things would improve but they continue to consistently provide poor service. Their communication is terrible.

I have been a service customer here for the past couple years. They're quick and friendly, never had an issue until now. It's probably because I can schedule online or just show up for a simple oil change. Well, I'm actually trying to get some maintenance work done so I need information and pricing. Let me tell you, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. Super easy to make a reservation, but to actually help you figure out what to do or how much to pay? Not happening. I have literally been calling for days across 2 weeks! Been on hold and transferred a dozen times. I really tried my best to get through. I will never go back to Miracle, not when I'm ready to purchase my 4th Ford and not for any future services.

The salespeople seem less interested in your business. They just want to fill out papers and collect money. I tried to purchase a new truck there but only was turned away to go home and submit order online not only 1x but 2x. I guess I should have not gone back the 2nd time, anyway you probably could do better at another dealer like I did. I purchased my new truck at a dealer less than 30 miles away them.

Worst customer service ever experienced. They do not answer the phone in the service dept nor do they return your call. This dealership needs a lot of help with their service dept. Save yourself the headache and GO somewhere else.

If you are looking for a a car dealership with a Service Department that offers the worst customer service - look no farther than Miracle Ford in Gallatin! - They don't answer the phones when you call. - They don't return voicemail messages. They will, however communicate via email once you obtain their email address. - They don't stand by their work. - BUT -- they are willing to still charge you for their poor service! I took our Focus in for a transmission issue in Nov. 2022. Was told it was the TCM. It took 90+ days for them to get the part and do the repair. The day I picked it up, I pulled out of the lot and it did not shift properly on the way home. I reached out to them to notify them of this. I was told to drive the car for awhile because the car needs to "relearn the shift points". I drove the car for approx 30 days and the shifting problem only got worse. I contacted them again. I was told to bring it in for a diagnostic review. Due to not having a loaner car I was put on a waitlist. Another month passed. After contacting them yet again, I just scheduled the appt without the loaner car option. They came back with a broken motor mount and bad front brakes as the problem! They stated the car was over heating and the check engine light was on. (Which the car had not over heated nor was the check engine light on when I dropped it off) From the time I dropped off the car until the time I picked it up, they had put 6 miles on it! SIX! And the check engine light was NOT on. That 6 mile drive and the $244 diagnostic charge was good enough for them to determine that I needed $2700 in repairs for a motor mount and front brakes! They deny that the shifting problems are transmission related.

My mother bought her car here in 2017 and had a wonderful experience during the sales process. If you buy it here, service it somewhere else though. The service department has gone down hill since buying the car. She needed a battery replaced so I met her at the service department. Battery replacement is over $300.00 (probably because the battery is up under the windshield). They told us the car would be ready in 2 - 3 hours. After the car had been with them for 4 hours, she started calling to see if the car was ready to pick up. She could not get hold in the service department after several attempts so I called sales. I ask a salesperson if they could help me find out if the car was ready because I couldn't reach anyone in service. I was very nice. This was obviously a burden to him and I was told that I could either call back tomorrow or come down to the dealership and ask in person if the car was ready. He was very condescending and I thought rude. After 5 1/2 hours I called several more times and still could not get a response from service, but finally did get hold of a ?receptionist?. She was very nice and after leaving for a few minutes returned and told me the car was not ready yet, but should be ready by 6:00 (I just wanted a battery :-) ). My wife and I were considering an Explorer even though we have always bought Hondas. I guess I dodged that bullet. The service at Honda has been questionable for the past year or so, but it is stellar compared to this. After looking at the receipt again, the battery was 389.00 for a 2015 Ford Escape. The battery was 165.00 and the remainder was labor, fees, service charges, etc. I'm floored!

We have bought 4 or 5 cars from here over the years and each car the customer service gets exponentially worse. I am too the point where I really have nothing good to say about this place. the last vehicle we bought used had $15,000 wrong with it within the first 3 months of driving it. They offered me some windshield wipers for my troubles. We then ordered a new vehicle from them and waited 3 months to receive a email to learn that the worker at Miracle Ford did not put our order in correctly. After throwing a fit in the dealership for 7 hours they said they found a car in Florida with the specs that we wanted. They promised to "hook us up" for our troubles with the previous car, the lack of attention to detail on the ordering and all the poor customer service, when I asked how they were hooking us up they replied well you don't have to pay the transfer fee on the car from Florida. Which I responded If your company ordered the first car correctly there would be no transfer fee from Florida. When the car finally arrived from Florida they told me it had been detailed and the salesmen Jim looked over it very thoroughly, there was trash all over the car, it looked like bear hair from someone's razor in the front seat which Jim so graciously brushed off the seat onto the floor board and the exterior had bugs caked all over from the drive. So much for new car condition. There were a few chips in the paint on the front bumper that when I brought them up to Jim he just stood their quietly. There is one maybe, two employees there that are trust worth and are really their for the customer. Anyone in upper management is shady and cannot be trusted. I have some police officer friends in the area that tell me these owners are doing a lot to cover up some charges that happened within the walls and therefore I will never buy another car from these crooks and you shouldn't either

Somehow my negative posting was removed?? Try another Ford dealership if you want a good buying experience. They really do not care if you buy or not I was looking to spend around 70K and because the Bronco was not in stock they basically let me walk away. Sales staff very old school not what you would expect in this day and age. Richard S.

The only problem I have with this dealership is how they treat potential customers. I came to look at upgrading to a newer mustang and trading in my current one but they wouldn't even let me test drive the new one unless I was ready to make a down payment on it that day. Well how would I know if I want that specific one before I test drive it??? Other than that weird way of thinking in my opinion they are a good dealership and they did offer to help me find the exact spec I was looking for so I will give them credit on that one!

My sister's car had a gauge cluster they said was bad. But it was working the day she took it there. They ordered a new one even though the one in there was working. 1400.00 and did not tell her it was back ordered until I called. Now all most a month and a half later still no car and no fix. They said it would be the end of April before it would be here. I talk to the parts manager and ask if i was able to find a used one could they put it in and program it and he said that would be fine and he would keep the back ordered one on file just encase the used one did not work. Now after finding one for $250.00 and taking it to them the service person said they would not put in or program it because of the odometer reading would be right. I told him i had the state papers to take care of that (Odometer disclosure statement for Tn) The purpose of this form is to report any mileage that may not be accurate on your vehicle title. He still would not do it even after the parts manger told me they would. Now i out 250.00 and the car is not fix. The only good thing that came out of this is that Town and Country Ford said they would be glad to help me. So, beware if you take your car there be prepared for bad attitude form the service desk (they like to talk down to you) and don't believe what they say.
