One of the worst place to get wifi. My internet wouldn't even work right for 10 minutes. I have probably called over 30 times this month and nothing. Never in my life will I choose metro again. Not to mention they got me paying for a phone that don't even work. It started over heating and draining the battery in less than 10 minutes and i only had the phone for a month took it to the metro store and they said I could get a new one through insurance I agreed they said it will only take 3 days to get in guess what it's been a whole damn month and nothing!!! So my advice for you is never go through metro for wifi. Go some place else. Not to mention I had to call metro customer service again to fix my wifi and they hung up on me. And I replied to the supposed owner below and nothing not one single thing so what's the point of commenting on people's reviews about you're store if you don't reply back. Waste of my damn time.

They should be open during business hours. They have someone running this store that comes in when they want to and doesn't open when they are supposed to. This place would get 0 if it was an option. Needs to advertise we will be open only when we want to be.

2nd Update: 10/4/22 - I guess I have to find a new cell carrier as this company chooses not to respond after two emails and now three ratings. So much for being a long term customer!!UPDATE: I received a response from a "Leland Hardin" and told me to email him. Well I did over a week ago and they still don't respond. I even sent a 2nd email to no avail. DO NOT USE METRO PCS. Their customer service is as bad as they come. So here I am paying for service I cannot use and they just don't care!!They never know how to fix anything if you are lucky to get someone that speaks English!!!

This particular Metro By T-Mobile store intentionally lied to me about 2 months about who is eligible for The Affordable Connectivity Program when they said you must be on government assistantance,it says otherwise online smh

I went in to this location last weekend, and I will say the guy in there was so low energy, didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing, he kept quoting me a new price every time he rang up something on the computer ! I have family that owns metro’s back home. I wanted the 60 dollar plan with a new line it was a BYOD. He was charging me 165 he said it included “activation fee, byod sim charge, and first month’s bill” that itself should’ve been a $95 transaction. Where did the the extra 70 come from? Probably him wanting it in his pocket or him trying to meet accessories.
