Purchased replacement Frigidaire microwave and upgrade dishwasher with great assistance in store, informed and thorough. Very professional. Home installer Lance showed up in Lafayette for home install and set up. Cannot express professional, skilled and polite who's skill outw÷ighed his years. Pleased is an understatement. Represents Loews very well.

Online stock inventory is always wrong. Nothing more frustrating than the app and the handheld computers saying they have 20 in stock when in reality they have none. Happened to me multiple times at this location
