Bought a new washer dryer combo at Lowe's that leaked from day one. Tried to get LG to fix it per Lowe's instruction. No luck! Finally tried to get an exchange and we were one day past the 30 day exchange window. All because LG wouldn't return our call. Don't allow Lowe's to screw you! Return it immediately!!! We have spent literally hundreds of thousands of dollars at Lowe's in the past. Home Depot will be getting all of our future business. Lowe's is low down!

Unfortunately you must Self Checkout and will almost always require the attendant to verify your purchase and help with Checkout anyway.

Received my paint from them unfortunately they didn't seal the lid correctly. Now I have a pint on my carpet. It appears the best they can do is half off a can. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

This place often has what I need, and staff have been helpful. Recently, one of the staff in the VIP section helped me set up an account with a couple oddball aspects. Another jumped in and together they worked it out in a very helpful and friendly way.
UPDATE: yet again, They had the part I was after and a person to help me find it within a good time frame.
UPDATE 4/21/2024: I received a lot of good help just yesterday concerning several plumbing issues. Inevitably I have many questions because I'm curious and like to learn and they were patient with me and helped a lot.

This store Typically has what items I need in the service industry it's clean very good customer service and not a hassle to get in and out in a hurry strongly suggest Lowe's for your hardware and plumbing , electrical and construction needs.

Don’t do curbside! Normally, I go inside to either buy my stuff or pick up anything I order online. I only requested curbside due to my back flaring up because of an injury I sustained during my military service years ago. Upon arrival, not only was my stuff not ready(took them several trips when it could have been done in fewer in regards to what they had ready to load), I had to go to the garden center for my two bags of mulch and stones I purchased. Much to my surprise, I was told that I had to get them myself because they didn’t have any associates available. ??♂️ 1. Don’t say items are ready for pickup if they’re not. 2. Don’t offer curbside if you’re really not going to have it available. It would have been different if I had to drive through for a large pickup but what I had didn’t even fill up my short box truck bed. So much for taking care of the customer/veterans!
