Ordered a black stone to be delivered on Monday. I get told everyday that it’s arriving today, but it doesn’t. Hoping for a Thursday delivery now. Numerous calls to customer service and the delivery guy at Lowe’s with no results. They blame it on the third party shipper. Oh well, time to find new company that appreciates their customer base.

Absolutely ridiculous. Simple call to add an up charge haul away fee…8 people later they can’t figure this out.
The day of the delivery I get a call saying you’ll have to call us if the delivery people can’t haul away / what? I called you yesterday and was told finally by a supervisor type they would have to send a second truck…ok not my issue.
I don’t work for Lowe’s so no I’m not calling anyone for you - your people can call you if you can’t figure out how to do your own job.

Our Lowe's Home Improvement saga continues. At our 6th appliance repair appointment today they replaced 3 items. Still the dryer didn’t work. But never fear Lowe’s Protection Plan said after this 6th appointment with the 4th different appliance repair vendor that they would replace it so I called em up. Sadly they moved the goal post yet again stating that yes after 4 different appointments (I’ve had 6) it would be eligible for replacement but now they state that each appointment in a month is considered 1 appointment by them. So my six appointments count as 3 (new math). I have had repair appointments in February, March, and now April but I would need a May appointment to qualify. Keep in mind they sale this as a timely repair or replacement. Yes I did go to the Gallatin store to seek help from the manager, but both times they would not come out of the office to talk to me. Which I find incredibly sad that a store manager won’t take the time to discuss a problem or help a customer. Customer service isn’t what it used to be.
