Online stock inventory is always wrong. Nothing more frustrating than the app and the handheld computers saying they have 20 in stock when in reality they have none. Happened to me multiple times at this location

It is a solid generalist for spring planting. Nothing unusual, but most everything easy to find. You can beat the prices, but only with a bit of knowledge and experience. It is a rare planting season that I don't hit Lowes twice. The first time for backbone annuals for any new beds. The second to top off and fill in gaps. ALSO almost forgot!!!! The only place to get Thai basil plants reliably.

Ordered a black stone to be delivered on Monday. I get told everyday that it’s arriving today, but it doesn’t. Hoping for a Thursday delivery now. Numerous calls to customer service and the delivery guy at Lowe’s with no results. They blame it on the third party shipper. Oh well, time to find new company that appreciates their customer base.

Absolutely ridiculous. Simple call to add an up charge haul away fee…8 people later they can’t figure this out.
The day of the delivery I get a call saying you’ll have to call us if the delivery people can’t haul away / what? I called you yesterday and was told finally by a supervisor type they would have to send a second truck…ok not my issue.
I don’t work for Lowe’s so no I’m not calling anyone for you - your people can call you if you can’t figure out how to do your own job.

Our Lowe's Home Improvement saga continues. At our 6th appliance repair appointment today they replaced 3 items. Still the dryer didn’t work. But never fear Lowe’s Protection Plan said after this 6th appointment with the 4th different appliance repair vendor that they would replace it so I called em up. Sadly they moved the goal post yet again stating that yes after 4 different appointments (I’ve had 6) it would be eligible for replacement but now they state that each appointment in a month is considered 1 appointment by them. So my six appointments count as 3 (new math). I have had repair appointments in February, March, and now April but I would need a May appointment to qualify. Keep in mind they sale this as a timely repair or replacement. Yes I did go to the Gallatin store to seek help from the manager, but both times they would not come out of the office to talk to me. Which I find incredibly sad that a store manager won’t take the time to discuss a problem or help a customer. Customer service isn’t what it used to be.

Brittney, Kaylie and Josh - What an incredible experience my wife and I had shopping for window treatments. Kaylie was so very sweet and polite and couldn't do enough for us when we first began our search. She even followed up with a phone call to ensure all our needs were met (who does that anymore?) Josh was helpful, had great manners and helped my wife sort out an issue with her Lowes credit card. Brittney is/was AMAZING, she is full of positive energy, product knowledge and understands her customer base. She took the time to walk us through all our options, make suggestions on where and how to save money without sacrificing quality. We were completely sold and ordered Graber throughout our entire home. @ Lowes management, don't let that Gem get away, she is what every retailer dreams of when staffing their stores.

Delivery did not show up, no call just a message stating it was running late, called store to find out what was going on and when it was going to be delivered. Was lied to by customer service, transferred to a non working number, yeah this is not a store I would recommend to anyone. I called customer care to confirm yes I was lied to, and products had never even been on truck for delivery and will probably not be delivered the next day as no call placed to confirm delivery. Also website stated it would be delivered the next day and here it is 6 days after order and still no product, that is critical to house safety.

My husband and myself have both had bad experiences here with customer service. I rang the service bell, no one came. I went to the garden section and asked the sales associate to call someone for me, since she didn't know the answer to my question about bug spray for the yard, no one came. I then went to the customer service station and asked for them to call someone who could help me. No one came!! I know it's Covid times, but sheesh.

I think they have some of the nicest people working there. They try to help you in any way they can. I saw many customers being helped with large items and the workers had friendly smiles. Well you could see it in their eyes even wearing a mask .
