Dr. Kellogg and her staff are astonishing! She has been my PCP for over 10 years, and hands down, she is absolutely the best physician I have ever had! She has a personable spirit and is very knowledgeable in several different areas. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kellogg and I LOVE ME SOME HER!!

Dr. Lisa Kellogg has been my primary physician for 5+ years. I've always found her personable, friendly, efficient, and wise. She explains things clearly--even explaining likely insurance company charges and responses before they occur so I know what to expect prior to agreeing to anything. I trust her and despite moves around the area have kept her as my primary physician despite a bit of a drive when it's time to see her because good docs can be hard to find.Her staff have always been professional and helpful--I have never had any complaints.This newer location for her practice is clean and modern with plenty of parking out front. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a new primary care doctor (if she is accepting new patients).

Beware!!! Went for my yearly physical, where she told me she would be refilling my prescriptions, and then billed me for a "modified physical" in addition to the physical that was covered by insurance. I've never heard of such a thing! Will never go back.

I started seeing Dr. Lisa in January 2012. She has been my PCP ever since. While she had a number of wonderful young ladies working in her office, I am most familiar with Shannon B. Both Dr. Lisa and Shannon have been there to help me numerous times with serious issues, or they have referred me to very capable specialists. I am being moved out west... They all are very caring, non-judgmental. Shannon always lifted my spirit. I shall miss them all very much.

I have been seeing Dr. Lisa Kellogg for 7 years now, and I have never felt more comfortable with any other physician. She is always available when I need to be seen, even if she can't see me in person, she always makes time in her day to schedule a virtual visit. Dr. Kellogg is so invested in my care as well as my life. I was happy to see the Kellogg's make their dreams come true by opening their own practice, even though it made me sad to see them leave the tristar family. If you are looking for a personable doctor with a fantastic office staff, this is the place to go.

Called for information on an odd angioadema and was told that because we hadn't been to an office visit in 3 years, thanks covid, that we were new patients and she isn't taking new patients. So when we needed medical care, we were dumped. Frustration doesn't begin to cover it. The whole reason to have a PCP is so that you can have a relationship with your Dr. Not here. Not again.Good day.

I can’t say how much I love this doctor! She is so top notch in every aspect! Efficient, caring, thorough, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, a good listener, and oh sooo smart! I could go on and on but suffice it to say, she is the best, and I wish there were more like her. Maybe one day, we will get back to medicine for the people! God bless Dr. Lisa Kellogg. She is surely a blessing to all of us!

This review is on Dr Micheal Kellogg and his Office managementThey dont even deserve the one star. I have been his patient for over 4 years. Back in 2021 my husband lost his job. We lost our home and our belongings. We have been living in our rv. Dr Kellogg was kind enough to continue giving me refills on my meds no matter where I was located. Several meds I had to go without do to cost. Well I found an organization to help me with those four meds. I got all the paperwork and documents filled out my portion and took them to a follow up appt. A week later I had to take more paperwork only to find out they hadn't even sent the first stuff to them though I had several conversations with Lindsey his assistant and was told it was being faxed out that day. I got upset and called to speak with the office manager. Well she got upset with me because I raised my voice because they kept saying my name wrong. Well she got her feeling hurt I guess. We ended up arguing We went back to the office to try and get it worked out and we're told that I was no longer a patient there. Dr Kellogg would not even speak to me. They lied to him about me said I said things I didn't. They called the police to file a report for us to never step foot on the property again. So not only did this dr not fill the scripts I have been lacking. One for depression and anxiety one for diabetes he Olson has made it so I can't get refills on my cholesterol blood pressure and other anxiety meds. I can not just stop taking them I go into withdrawals for the anxiety meds and it puts me over the edge and I become suicidal. What Dr would do this. He took an oath. His office staff was rude and did not care one bit that I was standing there begging in hysterics for them to help me. When I walked away I did tell them to F off and that when I died it was all on them. My husband punched the door as he was walking away out of frustration. We were then contacted my the gallitan police to be told to not return to the property or we will be arrested. I will also be writing a letter to the medical board. This dr should not be allowed to practice medicine STAY Away from this office as the other dr is his wife. I was extremely hurt by his actions and I have come to learn that he has been in two other practices before this one. Makes me wonder if he was made to leave and that why he has his own place now. I just wanted to share this as I dont want anyone else to have to go thru this

Dr. Lisa is my doctor and her husband Dr. Michael is my husband's doctor. We will never go to any other doctors. We've been patients of theirs for many years now and we consider them family because that is how they treat their patients. Lisa has always had my best interest and I do everything she tells me to because she is constantly researching and the most dedicated doctor to her patients I have ever seen, even taking care of my daughter and myself on her off time if we truly needed her. You won't find any other doctor around that will take time out of their personal time for you. And my husband has had a very difficult couple of years at a young age and Dr. Michael has been phenomenal with him as well. My husband, daughter and myself have never loved and trusted any other doctors like we do them. They are a blessing from God

Dr. Kellogg is the best provider in middle Tennessee. She listens to you, about all of your concerns and puts your mind at ease. She is very diligent about sending medications in, and getting lab results back as quickly as possible. I have never trusted an M.D more than I do her.

I followed NP Veronica Crawley to this new location and I absolutely loved the staff and the friendly environment. Veronica is the absolute best ever and I love her and the staff. I feel like they truly do care about your health. I love walking into a clinic and you are welcomed right away with a warm smile. Thank you all!
