I purchased all electrical supplies from Lee when I built my house 22 years ago. The service was excellent then. Something must have happened.... I went in to purchase an electric sub-panel for my new shop building (April 12, 2022) and was met by a most unhelpful and extremely rude representative (sat behind the desk in front, black hair, red shirt, walks with a limp). I would give him minus 5 stars for customer service. After some discussion, I told him that he was extremely unhelpful and chose to do business elsewhere. Very disappointing service from a longstanding, local supply company.

Rick was phenomenal! Didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need and guessed what the problem was before he even looked at it (he was right!) will be using him again in the near future to replace some light fixtures for me
