Pick up carts all along the diabetic supply aisle.
Only one checkout lane open. Finally opened another.

The Gallatin Kroger has some issues it needs to workout. The parking has always been a nightmare, and too often there are not shopping carts in addition to this many times you have to fully check yourself out at times where there should be at least one register open. Hopefully things get better soon.

Go to the Gallatin marketplace Kroger. Better produce. This Kroger carries expired products leaving them on the shelf. My biggest issue is their pick up. I have spent hours waiting past my pick up times and my pick up is never ready on time to begin with. I get a call or text that my order will be ready a hour after it’s suppose to be. Then I get there when they say, and I’m waiting another hour. Not to mention the manager who was absolutely rude to us. I’ve got a baby waiting in a car for an hour and I can’t get anyone to tell me what’s going on with my orders. Four weeks in a row of this and I’m done with them. This Kroger’s gone downhill. It’s so worth the drive to the bigger one.

This is the worst Kroger I have ever been to or tried to shop at! I have never been able to complete a whole entire shopping trip without there being an issue with either to self-checkouts, or one of their electric shopping carts. I even tried to use their pickup to see if that was any better and it wasn't! I placed an order for pickup on Memorial Day, and I set it to be picked up between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m., and they called me at 2:00p.m. and told me that they had to cancel my order because they didn't have any closers to pick my order! I tried to give this Kroger three chances and I refuse to shop here anymore! Everybody kept telling me it was just me but by looking at these reviews it's obvious it's not! Kroger's Corporate Team really needs to get in here and do something about this store because there's obviously an issue with management and their employees!

What is the point in going through a checkout line when you have to bag your own groceries? It’s insane they pay cashiers at all when customers are doing the main work. Just make the whole place self checkouts.

As somebody that shot a Kroger extremely frequently and generally will spend 2 to $300 a week.
I am very sad the fact. That if you go in there store at 8 AM or earlier, you have to do their job to check out. I will never from this point on. Go to Kroger if I'm going to be forced to check myself. Oit is not my job. It does not save me any money. It does not speed things up and then the people that are watching you. Check out, treat you like you're a criminal. So I have a good life and I will not see you anymore

Happy cashiers. Good deals outside of the ads. Parking is a pain.

Every time I have placed an order for pick up it gets delayed .. this time I came at the delayed time only to be told I needed to go home and wait and they cannot give me an ETA meanwhile there’s a hold on my items. There has be a way to block out unavailable times or staff your runners better it’s not on them. This is not against the employees this is on management to staff appropriately and give them more support.

Honestly this was ridiculous! I had over 100 items had to scan and bag them myself because no workers were to be found! We had to wait to be help because the machine kept "getting backed up" said the worker when she finally arrived. Then it happened again! Once I got done doing their job for them there was a whole line full of people waiting to scan and pay for their items. One top of that the machine wouldn't take our card that had to be swiped. We had to transfer the money from that card to a different card because the swipe wasn't working. Then finally the one employee had called people from the back and then 4 other people showed up. Its ridiculous that there was no one to help us at the front when I first got there. It should have never gotten that bad. Get employees to do their jobs because we shouldn't have too. When did self check out become mandatory? Because some people like me that is pregnant or with disability shouldn't have to do what you pay people to do.

I've shopped this location often. It was terrible today. This location has really gone down hill. Limited supply of meats and normal everyday groceries. My cashier was rude and had zero customer service skills. Another customer came in to the service desk apparently to return an item. She was told there was no one working the service desk. She asked when they would return she was told not today. I regretted my choice of shopping here today.

I've been a loyal customer of this Kroger location for a long time now and it's sad to see it slowly degrade in quality. There are some kind employees here that do a good job at self checkout and they deserve a raise. However, where are the carts when you need them? Why are there items/produce out of stock for days on end? The management here really needs an overhaul.
