It has a high turnover rate as far as hiring employees bcse they start out paying 14$ hour. The manager is young and unfair wen it comes to their employment opportunities bcse he only thinks of himself and his family. Their is a guy who has been with this company since opening and still haven’t topped off with pay but can run everything in the building. But wen something breaks they always runs to him but won’t give him fair pay.
