I purchased a generator here that clearly didn’t work. They charged me a restock fee of $124.00 when I returned it. I will not go to harbor freight any longer.

Harbor Freight Tools was a great experience they had what I was looking for which was a 3000# floor jack at a great price. I like the hours they jeep I feel they are open late especially on the weekends. The cashier was very friendly.

Always great prices and a good selection of tools and outdoor items. The quality is "you get what you pay for" - items may not last a lifetime, especially with heavy usage, but for hobbyists and home mechanics, everything is priced right and works fine. Great return policy and warranties too.

Cheap Chinese made junk. Never bought anything from here that lasted more than six months. Spend a little extra for quality made items and save yourself a headache BUY AMERICAN and stop sending money to a country trying to wipe us out by unleashing a pandemic on us.

These guys were great. I went to 3 stores to get the piece I needed. But we also found an online coupon that made it cheaper! Everyone was really nice and got us what we needed.

I love Harbor Freight in Gallatin TN. The store is immaculate. They have a great variety of anything you want or need. The employees are so nice an helpful. I've been wanting a stool for my work area for a while. I had 35.00 in Harbor Freight bucks that you get for using their credit card, and that's fun, so I was like.... Why not. I pulled the stool ticket an it said Green and I needed Red to match my work area. An employee just happened to walk by an I told him I needed Red. He took the ticket an came back with RED?. I always visit this store when I'm in Gallatin. Ya know why? THEY HAVE A HUGE CLEARANCE SECTION. OMG I had to hold back cause I didn't wanna charge anything. Well guess what..... I'm going back tomorrow before I leave Gallatin. I can't stand myself
