Best place for one time throw away tools.

I normally have an ok experience at this location, but yesterday I mistakenly bought a pack of star drives that I already had at home. Today I went for a refund of the unused set and my total was $10.91. I reached into my pocket for a dime so I could receive $11.01 instead. The cashier had just started to grab 2 fives and said "I'm already there." I replied, wow. It will make the change easier. Again, she said "I'm already there." In disbelief, I said WoW as she handed me my receipts and my refund. I asked if I could exchange the dollar in coins for a $1 bill and was told "I've already closed the register."
Again I said WOW! And walked away pondering if I'll ever spend another dollar at this store.
What happened to customer service? I get that she had hit the total button and said $10.91, but if you refuse to deviate because the Math confused you,you could have counted the change and swapped it for a 1 dollar bill. Unbelievable when I already had the dime out before she started digging into the coins.

Great selection of DYI Tools and supplies for just about anything you can do yourself. Watch for quality products and ones that don't last or get you hurt. Just saying be aware of what good quality and poor Craftsman ship.

this store has tools for the job, at a cost you want to pay. Just know that they may not be for the professionals, but the DYI's it's perfect

The whole team at the gallatin Harbor freight are always super nice, knowledgable and accommodating. This combined with HarborFreight great prices and quality tools, Make it really amazing. I would definitely recommend the store. It’s completely different than the Madison Harbor freight where you feel like the people don’t even want you there.
