They never answer the phone and if you leave a message, no one ever calls you back!Once I had 2 very nice bathroom vanities to donate, but they told me they would not come to Wilson county to pick them up. (Wilson Co’s restore is closed)

I've found so many beautiful and useful household items over the past few years. I started out with lever style doorknobs throughtout our home to help my grandson who has cerebral palsy in one side of his body. I've upgraded several doors and light fixtures at a fraction of what it would cost elsewhere. I love that proceeds of the sales go to help people in need in the community. Also I discovered that items which can help handycapable children are picked up by a gentleman who restores them and gives them to children who can benefit from them. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to me and my family over the past few years I've been shopping here.

Sumner County is lucky to have the wonderful staff at Habitat for Humanity! They are working hard every day to eliminate substandard housing and make homeownership possible for so many people in our community.

I love this place and shop here often! All of the items are 60-70% off of actual retail pricing and the deals are crazy nice! The staff is always there to greet me with a smile and any questions that I have are answered promptly and correctly. They actually get a plus from me because these are donated items but they are usually in newer condition. There is sometimes an option for comparable pricing if there is a concern. I mentioned to the management there about paint brushes being cheaper in Walmart and the price on my item was adjusted immediately. This place has literally anything that you can think of when in need of house goods rather it be a construction based project, rebuilding or decorating a home. I love it here. If you have never been to the Restore check it out for yourself.

You have to be willing to hunt a little, but we have found some really beautiful, brand-new fixtures for our remodel at very reasonable prices. Also love that all proceeds go directly back to supporting families in our community. The staff is always kind and helpful too.

Habitat for Humanity Of Sumner County is a local nonprofit business run by passionate people. They are a group of people who live and work in our charming community. They are our friends and family. They’re a local faith based business that gives back by giving a hand up to people who long to enjoy all of the wonderful things that Sumner County has to offer. Habitat helps people and their families build a better life. I always enjoy shopping at the Restore and value my time volunteering for them.

Enjoyed going here for a while until I attempted to buy some cabinets that were supposed to go on sale I have pictures of the original paper that showed what it was supposed to go on sale for 674.00 when I showed up to pick it up the price was back up 2,600 several thousand dollars more. they would not honor the original. I was told they can’t just give the stuff away and was given a coupon. Buyer beware always take pictures of pricing.

When I first moved here, I loved going there! Prices were very reasonable on the FREE stuff they receive! Now they are charging outrageous prices on stuff. They are getting to be ridiculous like Goodwill! Come on guys! Price a little more reasonable! Thanks
