This gym is good for everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey and experience. Beginners to experts. What makes this gym special is the people and coaches. There are a lot of like minded folks, that have the same or similar goals. No pressure at all. You just have to show up and put in the 1 hour of work. Everyone is so nice and encouraging, no matter the hurdle in front of you. The coaches are the absolute best too. They go far above and beyond to assist with customizing workouts and making you comfortable. This gym has been a huge blessing for me as I was hesitant to walk in the door the first time. “I joined this wonderful gym in February this year after coming to a class as a guest of a friend and I absolutely love it! The classes are fantastic, Sandy and all of the instructors are amazing, and the other members are encouraging and friendly. I work out with a great group of ladies that I look forward to seeing each day. The gym is nice, clean and there’s plenty of equipment, space and variety of classes/times available. Kickboxing is my favorite way to get a great workout while relieving stress and jamming to some great music! Come check it out!”
