James Baker was a delight during our trip to this Goodwill. Absolute sweetheart and gave us the best goodbye even though we shut the store down and instead of being irritated with us was so kind. Great employee!!

The cashiers aren't too great at math. For example, when I buy 5 books at 99 cents a piece my total isn't $4.99. It's $4.95. I realize it's only a few cents but I bought more than 5 books and I expect it to be the advertised price.
Also when I'm buying things that are advertised as 50% off, I expect it to be 50% off. If the total is an odd number and you can't spilt it evenly, don't short the customer and give me less than 50% off.

Me, my wife, and my daughter love going to Goodwills but among the one in Gallatin, Lebanon, and Hendersonville, this one in Gallatin literally has us laughing for the money they ask for a lot of things and I never see that at the other ones, never.$40 for a drill with no battery, a lot of craft stuff my wife likes to look at more expensive than if they were new? We even donate a lot and we had to quit doing that at the Gallatin one because that guy won't say a word and real aggressive like he'll just say "Put it in there" and we just think really? We're donating and your gonna act like that? But yea we live in Gallatin and there just ridiculous with pricing and then I found like an old canteen for 1.99 and I thought ok not too high and it had a cloth thing on the outside and the price sticker kept coming off and I went outside when my wife was checking out and she came out and said "that checkout lady asked "where's the price sticker" and she told her I guess it fell off then the checkout lady asked how much was it and my wife said 1.99 and she said "Well, I can't do 1.99 best I can do is 2.99 and when she told me that it blew my mind. You all priced it and it came off and a lit of times there silver marked priced somewhere and then you say "Oh I can't do 1.99 for an old canteen that doesn't even have a lid? We live near Gallatin but they just sucked the fun out of it and this is the only one I've ever been to where you can hear other people blurring out the price so etchings marked at and laugj and were like "yea we know" and decent stuff well actually sit forever because its marked so high so if there making money I guess that's all they care about but at a certain point your gonna ruin your reputation because were done with this spit even tho its so close but you don't charge more than if it was new, charge ridiculous prices on other stuff, and act like a holes when your trying to donate. Nobody in there right mind would want to go for that experience even after you try over and over to support the one in your community but thats a two way street.

It’s so sad, to know that this is a place that had everything donated to them. They want $15.00 dollars for pair pants. The company needs check into this place.See why the workers are making there stuff so expensive. This is not right at all.Not far to the people that is poor. Also there very rude to customers and not helpful. So sad Goodwill is not for the people just the company Banking off the poor.Your store is a joke…God is watching. If I give put a zero Star I would.

Used to shop here a lot but will never go back now. I have tried two times to donate and both times the employees in the back were incredibly rude. The first time the guy you could tell didn’t want to be there and acted like he hated his job. Yelled stop at my boyfriend for getting out of the car and bringing a box up and told him to wait. Then another man pulled up and did the same thing and he said nothing to him. He was also being a bit aggressive with how he was taking stuff from the lady in front of me, and I could tell she was uncomfortable because we made eye contact a few times. After this experience it took me months to want to go back because it left me feeling very anxious at the thought of it. Then this time, after finally deciding to try again, we pull around the back and go the right of the cones (there are no arrows or anything telling you what to do or which way to pull in) and there was a guy out there aggressively pointing over and over again. From where we are, we have no clue what he is trying to point at and he wasn’t saying anything. Then he proceeds to throw his hands up and walk inside. So we are left out there trying to figure out what he was wanting and back up behind the cones. My boyfriend gets out to try and put some stuff in the bins and at this point the employee comes out again and starts acting the same way and then throws his face in his hands like we are idiots or something ?? Keep in mind this whole time he has not said an actual word to us to let us know what it is we are doing wrong so we decided to just leave. I would like to note both times were different employees. It’s like they forget the whole reason they have a job there is because people donate. Only redeeming factor of this store is a nice older lady who has been my cashier multiple times. Wish I could remember her name

Went to drop off donations. And good stuff not trash. Drop off is not labeled well. The bins that are at the self service are trashed and over flowing. I sat in my truck and made eye contact with the guy working the express drop off. He said nothing and walked inside. I waited for a few minutes. And he never came back. So I tried to figure out the confusing non labeled free for all bins and he came barging out all mad I was putting stuff down. Zero communication. Better options would be to put a “free” sign n your stuff at your driveway, take it to the dump, or just sling it down a country road like everyone else does. Can’t even give stuff away around here.

Good size store & clean. What staff there was, was friendly. The prices on some stuff, I'd rather just go to a real store and buy it new.. had a few good deals though.

Really like this store, there are times you can find good clothing but if I could give it 0 stars I would. I see that I’m not the only one who had the exact same experience as the review from another Latino customer. My husband found some really nice clothes for the fall and as we proceeded to checkout was throughly checking the clothes & bagged them & then out of nowhere said that one of the shirts was not orange “.99”, then as soon as she was going to scan the last of the clothes took one look and said that the sweater was also NOT .99 and she “just saw” these clothes being taken out and there was no way they were .99 & accused us of switching the tags, which is offensive & proceeded to take one of the article of clothing she already verified , scanned and bagged & said that item was also not the “correct tag” which was incredibly rude! This is not the first time this has happened but now it’s gotten out of control to accuse a LATINO of this. I believe the employee name is Lois (i think) she has a pixie looking cut , wears gloves. We left the store absolutely disappointed! Hopefully action is taken so this doesn’t happen again

I only like 2 of the employees, everyone else is rude, but 1 stalk guy in the back named david with tons of tattoos, super skinny, is stealing things for sure, he's going through the things and taking what he wants. He is giving things to people for free, when the things get donated they are supposed to go through it to get out any trash or anything broken or stained. Not to take what you like and give to your friends. That's stealing from the store. Bc once the last owners donate its officially goodwill property. Stealing from your job or any place is against the law. I don't know how he hasn't gotten in trouble yet from his manager. No wonder the store barely has anything good any more,
