Justin, you're wonderful- thank you for your warm, disarming hospitality.Jordan, your arrogance and ignorance wasted my time and nearly cost me double. During our initial unpleasant conversation, you looked at me and told me I was "100% wrong" about what I was previously told a few weeks prior by another sales manager at your location and that person wasn't the end all be all. It turned out you were the one in the wrong. Acknowledgment of this or at the very least an apology for wasting my time, requiring an unnecessary second trip to the store would have gone a long way. When I asked who I could speak to above you to resolve the discrepancy, you informed me only the owner was above you. Furthermore, upon my arrival the second time, you gave me a piece of paper with the agreed upon number Honda would be purchasing my vehicle for. When I agreed, you casually asked for the paper back (my $200 mistake for handing it back to you) and proceeded the lower that number by $200 when you presented me with the final sheet to sign 10 minutes later (yes, I noticed). I still have the paper with original quote you provided me, which you should have honored. Lastly, you assured me my check would be mailed out 24-48 hours later. 10 days later, it still was not mailed out and I had to go yet AGAIN a third time to pick it up (a coincidence- I think not). The next time time you attempt to assist a young, single woman, hopefully you'll move ethically, with grace. Justin, you're a class act- thank you again.

I want to thank Gallatin Honda and Service Advisor , Jared Smith for the outstanding Service on our 2012 Honda Accord!! He coached me thru theWhole Process and All were Friendly, I will never go Anywhere Else for our Honda Car Needs! If you R thinking About buying A Honda! I was told to bring my vehicle in at 8am. I told them what I need repaired. They still tried to charge me a diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong and said that when I got there. All I needed was my door cable to be fixed. It's now 2pm. My car didn't get into the bay until 12-12:30pm. And now everyone is supposedly at lunch for 2 hours. Horrible place DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They said they did a walk around vehicle inspection. What a joke. And I never signed off on it either! Literally not a sit thing is written on this paper. Just please don't waste your time.

My wife and I moved to the middle Tennessee area several weeks ago. My new company has purchased several Honda vehicles from Gallatin Honda for themselves and their kids as they got older. We went to Gallatin Honda to purchase / lease two vehicles from them based on the owners of my new company recommendations. We placed a car for my wife on order a few months ago and it finally arrived. Gallatin Honda made a good amount of money on my wife's trade in on her 20218 HRV for a new 2023 HRV. Actually they are selling it for more than we paid for it. We paid $25,000 for it and they are selling it now on their website for $25,999.00 with 37,000 miles on it as a CPO car! They will make approximately $4K in profit on the sale of this vehicle and also the lease deal on her new 2023 HRV that we just picked up last week. I have been trying now to get a car for me from them and they are not honoring the lease deals that they have listed on their own website. You think that getting two cars from one dealership with give you a loyalty factor, but I guess not. After being in the auto industry as a sales person, sales manager and internet manager, I find this to be very unprofessional! Not great customer service and not any customer loyalty! We have leased 4 Honda's over the years from Honda Motor Credit and have been loyal to the brand. I think it is time to go back to Toyota. Everyone, please be aware of all the Auto Dealers that are taking advantage of you because their lack of inventory on new and pre-owned cars at this time and stay away from Gallatin Honda if you live in the area.

I was charged $26.02 for shop supplies to replace my battery. That was a 13% charge of the total bill. That is a blatant rip-off. Avoid this service department.

Called to schedule a warranty recall on my 2015 pilot. Scheduled an appointment for that day. Was told the repair would last roughly 1-2 hours. Left my car to wait out the repair. I called back 4.5 hours later. No response. Went to the dealership to find out what was going on. They hadn't started yet. Asked to speak to the service manager. Still waiting... we are currently over 5 hours in to my 1-2 hour repair. Do not recommend.

This dealership is a breath of fresh air. I have been on the market for a new ride and have been to dealers all over Nashville. I decided to branch out to other areas even though I live in the heart of Green Hills. It was so worth it. My experience with them was super great. Olivian was my sales person and was very knowledgeable as was Justin . They were happy to answer any questions or concerns I had but were not " pushy ". So many of the dealerships I'd visited - the sales people I dealt with were only interested in pushing me to buy a car and wanted me to make a decision on limited information. Olivian and Justin were willing to address any concerns I had and didn't push me to make a rash decision. I ended up buying the car from them and couldn't have been more impressed. Even the finance person( Heather ) was super friendly and helpful. So happy I branched out away from Nashville !

While on a very thorough and weeks-long journey of consideration for a new or used car, we visited Gallatin Honda for some test-drives. The very professional and calm, zen-like vibe and helpful factual focus of Richard Rocha was a very nice experience. We chose another dealer based on a price/availability factor, but would have just as well have purchased from Richard and Gallatin had very few factors been different. They should certainly be on your list when shopping Hondas!
