Store get the one star todays cashier gets NOTHING. Didn't speak so I said hey how are u. She proceeded to ask am I a Gabe's member I repeat the greeting she repeated her question I walked out. It's already starting with the poor customer service for the season I see. If you don't know how to be pleasant stock or something. Ughhh I wanted that shirt but I won't sell out to poor service to appease a cheaper priced store.

Just wanted to post on here because it was in the upper 90’s today and the Gallatin tn location was ridiculously hot. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING. The store looked amazing, and the workers were so kind. We felt so bad for them, honestly that is not safe conditions to be working in. It was THAT hot in there. Not trying to cause issues but sending this in hopes for change for these workers! Otherwise everything was great!

I used to come in there exclusively for cat food but they no longer carry it unfortunately, bummer. However, they’ve got the cheapest new swimsuits I’ve ever seen. I stocked up for the summer.

Changed completely when they merged (?) with OTP. There’s nothing any good there at all now! Clothes before were a better selection before! No pretty purses anymore, just junk everywhere

I like this store but there is no organization to it especially the children's clothes. I would love it if the clothes were separated by size that would help things sell quicker too. It's really hard to find something when it's all mashed together. And if the round racks were straight there would be more room to maneuver around the store.
