they sell cars that are junk. the take the to shops and find out whats wrong opt not to fix them and sell them anyway . not pre certified.I have proof that my car had the problems exactly the problems before i paid for it and it has the same ones. They knew and they still sole it. That sucks gor maybe. they are not as honest as the pretend

They sure won't try to make any money. And the customer service could be better. For a small business you'd think they would lower prices to sell something rather than raising them!

This a great place to get a great car!!! Faith is really honest and trustworthy. Me and my fiance did not have no worries when was looking for a vehicle. Some dealerships make you feel rushed but Faith was very helpful and did every thing she said she was going to do.
We have a great reliable vehicle with no worries..... I would recommend first auto!! Great place

The lady we were doing the paperwork and all with (Faith) was very rude. It’s an extremely SHADY SHADY place. I wouldn’t put any stars if I could or recommend this place to anyone.

They tell you they will work for you, and because an illness, I was unable to come up to the place to look at the car they got for me...i received a text saying " I guess I'll just sell this car" when I responded that I will be up there and I apologized greatly for the illness of my mother, they ignored me and sent me a letter of credit denial. So my credit took another dip just because I wouldn't say high when they said jump. The last was nice but the others were childishly unprofessional.

This place is ran by a woman that will lie to God she is rude and a lier if u decide to go here you urself will be disappointed u will lose money do not drive car off lot till u r approved or u will not get down payment back
