Very rude manager would not take my return because it's a 5x8 rug. Said it's too big and she has little space. Standing up it takes up 5- 6 inches. I told her Belk designated it to be returned there. She didn't care. Just said no and smiled about it. I took it to another Walgreens. They said yes we can stand it up and had no problem with it.

Have dealt with same bad service for years. A pharmacy tech there has claimed my medications weren't there, uppriced all my meds by switching them to name brands and most recently changed my allergies to reflect a medication I have taken for ten years to be an allergy. All of these have sparked corporate complaints with no change, so now with my paper trail I am going to the Pharmacy board.

Absolutely so unnecessarily rude for no reason at all. Tye manager (female) was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone.

The pharmacy there is absolutely horrible. As a nurse-- I do not like feel like how they handle things is appropriate whatsoever. They constantly hang up on you after being on hold for an extended period of time. If they do not have a prescription ready for pick up they will straight up lie to you saying they don't have that prescription or there is an issue with your insurance. They do not care about your time- they told me an issue with a PA had been resolved and we could come get the prescription. then hours later we come get the prescription (on my husband break for lunch at work) and then tell him they never received the PA for the prescription despite telling us the exact amount the prescription was with insurance and reading off when they received verbatim the PA from the doctors office prior that morning. So yet another time they straight up lied to us about it. Yet another day without his prescription. They absolutely do not care at all. Lying about receiving paperwork should be illegal given the time the doctor has to spend doing another one when they have had it the entire time. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. You will not receive your medications in a timely fashion. They are not trustworthy And it is a complete headache every single month getting your prescription filled.

Worst pharmacy. Prescription wasn't ready hours after they said it would be. Had us circle around and around until they could get it done.

This is the worst pharmacy in Gallatin, they always claim to be short staffed and are the most rude people you'll ever come across. They all seem to hate their jobs and they take it out on the customer, no matter how nice you are they give you an eat s*** and die attitude. They once said they don't have my prescription in stock and sent me to the greenlea Walgreens, just to get there and they tell me the other one shows they have it in stock on their system and sent me right back across town. They poor attitude having staff said, "oh it didn't say that the first time" . I recommend go to the Walgreens on greenlea or literally any other pharmacy on earth. I would purposely drive 25 miles out of my way just to avoid this particular Walgreens.

This store has completely frustrated me not just with their customer service but professionalism. I informed them on several Occasions that I had Atena Insurance. I was trying to get my newborn babies prescription filled and They refused to verify my information. I continued to tell them that my child was on my policy and they continued to be ruse and tell me no. I was told by this company that I had To verify with Atena and they continued to be rude, condescending, and very unhelpful. For three days they refused to even try to help me resolve my issue. On day three I was finally able to get someone there to look into my issue further and they discovered they had not updated my insurance even though I had given them my card several times over the past year. They were filing my prescriptions on my old insurance. This is inexcusable. My child has been suffering for three days. She is a preemie. I should have to jump through hoops or be made to feel inadequate. This is so unprofessional.

I found several old rolls of pictures and took 3 of them to Walgreen's, Nashville Pike, Gallatin, TN. Rolls have to be sent off to be developed and the box says 5 days. I took them in on April 13th. The pick up time said April 21st. They were not brought to the store until April 23rd and only one roll was brought. There are still 2 rolls out being processed. I paid for the one roll and as you can see on the picture, this is what I got! There were 2 other prints that were of our dog that were very dark. I asked if I could get a refund. The cashier talked to the manager and came back and said he would only refund $3.00. The receipt plainly states "return value $10.35. I asked for the name and address of the company who developed them. The cashier said it was Fuji and if she had the address she did not know if she could give it to me. I told her they should refund because there were no pictures. She said they did too many to look at them and used their chemicals so they would not refund. So, I am out $11.31 counting tax for no prints. I did call the Walgreen's customer service number and was told they would have someone call me in 2 business days! I have 2 more rolls coming (which are over the days promised) and I hope I am not made to pay for bad picturs again.
