Went in the store in Gallatin, Tn had the best salesman Brandon! Helped me pick my washer and dryer get my extended warranty and get set up for delivery!! Then when my washer and dryer got delivered best delivery and install !! Thank you

Buying appliances can be a headache most the time, but our experience with the store manager, Brandon, when we bought our washer and dryer was a breeze. He went above and beyond to make sure it was wrapped in plastic since it was raining outside and helped load it on the truck to make sure we were all set when leaving the store highly suggest going to electronic express in Gallatin!

Worst experience I’ve had in an appliance store. Went to get pricing for a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. 1 person to help. Specialist gets the list of what we want and says she will put together a quote for all of them and text it to me that evening. Evening goes by no text. I call the store the following day thinking maybe she keyed in my number wrong. She’s off that day but the person I spoke with said he sent her a text and she would get back to me. 4 days go by and I’ve still heard nothing. I wouldn’t buy batteries from this place given the lack of customer service.

The ladies at the Gallatin Store have been by so so amazing.. the customer service is unparalleled, without a doubt this has been hands down the very best shopping experience I have ever had. I will 100% come back and continue to shop at this store!!

Absolutely disgusting how your company and employees preyed and mislead tornado victims needing chargers to reach family members. We came in injured straight from getting hit by the storm needing portable chargers and the associate helping us ASSURED us they would be fully charged and we needed to purchase one each. 2 chargers and $75 later we leave and attempt to use the chargers, one of which had 13% and one had 4% battery. Pretty useless to us when we didnt have power for 3 days to recharge the portable batteries. Im mainly upset that we were promised they would be fully charged when purchased and needed most.
