DONT STAY HERE!! I NEVER EVER write bad reviews I usually just "keep it pushing" but this place is HORRIBLE & they stole 3 items from me !! The "non-Smoking room" smelled like a pack of cigarettes even after a weekend of automatic airfreashing. There was a brown splat on the bathroom wall. AND This place was VERY NOISY! I'm from New York so I'm no stranger to noise and make no big deal about it, but people were banging on doors, walls, slaming doors, arguing (possible DV), loud music playing in the parking lot, having a party on the "balcony & parking lot", most of this going on all day literally, I finally fell asleep at 5:48am (on my day off) and there was still noise going on. I asked to change my room 3 times and was told I couldn't and had to wait all weekend until the manager came in on Monday morning. I called early on Monday to get a room change and was basically interrogated because "noise complaints" and " my own person safety & comfort" wasn't good enough, the manager was very rude over the phone and arguemenentative; saying that i am the only person that complained and that "nobody else ever complained" and that "real travel nurses stayed there without complaining". He also made the excuse that there was probably noise because there was a concert in town. So I decided to go to the desk for better communication and received the same push back about the room until I explained to him that I'm not trying to complain or be difficult which seemed to calm him down and he became helpful in getting my room switched a few doors down. Room was still noisy but I didn't complain even thought the next room was banging on the wall for a good 2 1/2 hours. I decided not to extend my stay. By accident,I left my 2 plastic bags with stuff to take home for my children. The bags were tied up. I asked them to hold the bags until I can pick it up after work the next day, which they graciously held them for me. When I received my bags it was un-tied. I went to my new hotel room to rest for work, upon checking my bags I noticed that 3 of my unopened items were MISSING and everything that was opened was left in the bags. Go figures the staff went into my bag that I left in the locked room and stole my unopened items. I called to report this and the girl that they got working at the front never does anything about anything,(the same one that couldn't change the room when there were clearly other unoccupied rooms), her go-to line is always, "my manager/boss" "I can't do nothing, you have to speak to my boss" ( which always seem to not be availible when she's there). THIS WAS THE WORST STAY AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was in Gallatin traveling for work. I've stay at Econo Loge and other low budget Motels before but this place is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

Nothing super special about this place. You hear all the noise outside your room, no smoke alarm in the room, 50/50 you'll get hot water, they only give you 1 toilet paper roll so you'll run out and not have another one, no kleenex to blow your nose either, and I about slipped twice today while taking a shower. I guess they want to be sued when it happens. Only benefit is there's truck parking behind the wendys other than that not super impressed.update to response: I didn't enjoy my stay. I thought I was pretty clear about that. Try reading the post instead of just copy and pasting a cookie cutter response.

Do not stay here. It should be shut down. The fire alarms do nor work. My room didn't have a remote for the TV. My bath room had no toilet paper. The telephone didn't work In my room. It was dirty. And the people in rooms around me partying all night long. I didn't get any sleep. I asked for another room they told me no. I asked for a remote to TV and they didn't have one. There is no breakfast they lie.

Comforters had holes in them, pillow cases were stained ,and omg what they called pillows was ridiculous!! Wouldn't advise anyone to waste their money.

The room was clean and cheap. The location is spot on. The service was impeccable. The beds killed my back; Kind of high for me, I'm 5' 3". Just generally uncomfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. It's definitely worth the price point, but if you're a bigger person, a shorter person, or just have back issues... not so much.Rooms: Clean. Beds sucked.Nearby activities: Middle of the main hub area in Gallatin. Close to freeways.Food & drinks: There's a sushi place attached to the hotel and a Wendy's right across a small street. Other food within line of sight from the hotel.

If you refuse room service because you don't wanna be woke up because you are exhausted from driving then the owner will threaten to kick you out and lie on you.

My husband was forced to stay here due to being stranded during the snow storm. They today accused him of having graffitied the room, smeared fees everywhere, vandalizing the room and leaving holes in all the walls. That is utter bullhockey. They over charged a desperate man who didn't want to die in the cold over 100 dollars. This is the most unethical business and I hope they get the karma they deserve.

It's a hotel. It's not fancy, nor is it priced as such. Nice location in the middle of the downtown, and you're 15 minutes from everywhere else around you, which really isn't bad at all.

I was a guest of my brother-in-law, clean room, quiet, comfortable bed. Coffee pot in room didn't work, but Wendy's was right across the street.

It is what you expect as far as Econo lodges go. The staff is very professional and polite. The Room is clean and housekeeping cleans the room daily. The only issue I have is that to use my choice point it is 25000 to 30000 a day which is what I would pay for a high end place. The actual room rate is very reasonable so this is puzzling.

My husband and I made reservations for two nights due to having funeral of brother in law who passed. My husband has just had major heart surgery and after morning of doing family things we come back to our room for him to get rest only to find they have construction crew working right above our room it's after 5 they still have not stopped the woman at office didn't do anything waiting to talk with managers in the morning hopefully we at least get refunded for one night
