I have never been to a Discount Tire before but I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else. I arrived 30 minutes before close to get a new tire put on. I had to drive back to Knoxville and was balling on a budget to say the least. Clark immediately started helping me, and I got 2 tires for an affordable price that I thought I couldn’t handle. Clark made it happen for me, without his high quality customer service and empathy I might not have made it back to Knoxville with all my tires.

They didn't put my spare tire back properly. I just discovered that it was put on top of the cover in the trunk, not underneath it where it should go. I'm going to have to go back and have them do it correctly. Not pleased.

Huge shout out to Art! My tires needed to be replaced, Discount Tire was able to get me in same day. Art was very helpful, and went above and beyond!! I highly recommend going to see Art for any of your tire needs at Discount Tire Gallatin.

A tire stem on our 5th wheel was leaking. We called Discount Tire in Gallatin Tn. Hayden was very professional and helped us get the RV in a spot where they could remove the tire and change out the stem. We were taken in a timely manner and they got us safely back on the road. We highly recommend this store for your tire needs.

The place itself is always good when you get the right person to work with. Today was another story the guy I’m assuming was a manager was super pushy and made snarky comments about money and just being rude. Will not speak to him again if I have to go back.

My wife ran over a screw on Vietnam Vets and decided to stop by Discount Tires in Gallatin since it was right around the corner from where she noticed the screw. My wife and the tech walked out to the car to look at the tire and was told that the screw could be removed and patched and that she would be out of there within a hour. After waiting 53 minutes my wife noticed a guy running across the parking lot to bring the car into the bay. Approximately 5 minutes later the gentleman at the counter came over to my wife and said that unfortunately the screw was in the sidewall of the tire and it couldn’t be patched. He then started quoting her 200+ for a new tire. My wife was already concerned about possibly being taken advantage of since she is a female because they immediately started trying to sale her new windshield wipers (which was replaced about 5-6 months ago) after coming out to look at the tire. My wife had a bad feeling and just asked them to put the spare tire on instead. They took the tire off the rim completely and threw both pieces in the back of the car. I decided to take the car and the tire down to Benjamin’s Tire in Madison and they showed me that the tire wasn’t even punctured! The guys at Benjamin’s put the tire back on the rim and checked one more time to make sure there wasn’t a leak anywhere and there were no signs whatsoever. I will NEVER go back to discount tires or recommend them to anyone. Shady way of running a business. Go to Benjamin’s Tires in Madison instead!
