First if all, I was unaware that the Pharmacy takes lunch at 1:30 pm and this means the entire staff. I was in line with a car in front of me at the window. I procreeded to the window and the attendant was in the process of closing the window. At that point I realized they were closing for lunch. I had taken my last BP pill this morning and needed my medication. I went to the inside pharmacy and they were in the process of closing the gate. I told them I needed my medication as I was omw to work and not off until 10 pm. They still refused to wait on me. The Pharmacist- KURT was extremly rude! I will be changing pharmacists

Got a text that my 5 prescriptions were finally filled 4 hours after being ePrescribed by the QuickCare Clinic. Went inside and they have no one dealing with the patrons. Went back to my car (as I’m sick) and have been waiting in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. Not sure how this place stays in business with such awful customer service. I’m in the pharmacy business and know the rules of retail pharmacy. Their technicians are lazy and simply do not care. Drive all the way to Hendersonville and use the CVS in Target instead.

I don't write reviews unless I'm really upset. This is not about every person at the CVS pharmacy here because I have talked to a few nice ladies. There is one lady in particular that as soon as I hear her voice I hang up and wait for someone else. Anyone with ADHD is familiar with the shortage we are going through. I called to check on my medication that has been backordered for a month. Not CVS's fault so I am NEVER rude to the staff. I simply call to check because I've been told they randomly will get a shipment of one bottle at a time plus they don't know when it will come in so you have to check. She answers the phone and proceeds to tell me that the medication will NEVER come in stock. As if CVS has permanently gotten out of the ADHD med business. Every remark she makes she has an attitude. Get her out of there.

I wish there was a better CVS In Gallatin, Tn because some of the staff there is awful especially a young black lady name Monae. She is sooooo hateful and disrespectful especially to older people and nothing has been done about her. Also, there’s a lady in the pharmacy that is hateful and rude and her name is Donna “white lady” she’s been there a while also. But there is a young black man there name Brysin that is wonderful, nice and sooo respectful. I would get him to check me out when he’s there but To keep things peaceful I have to change pharmacies. I love CVS store/pharmacy but because of some of the staff I will have to go elsewhere from here on out!

I had a RX to fill for eye drops. I called the next day after 4 pm and was told they are trying to order the rx. It was suggested to call other CVs locations to confirm they have the rx in stock and I could go fill it there. The location that can’t fill the rx should do that legwork, not the customer. I’ll be sure not to use them in the future.

I am an MD who has worked with hundreds of inpatient and outpatient pharmacists and this CVS pharmacist is by far the dumbest and most linear thinker I have ever encountered. The Rx MD miswrote the Rx route of the pill. When I brought the pills back to the pharmacy she was immediately defensive and showed me the Rx the MD wrote and said I would have to dispose of the pills and have them write a new Rx. Mind you the CoPay for this medication was $100. She would not answer if the medication could be used in another route. I had to call my hospital pharmacy and give them the NDC number and they confirmed that the pill could be used in both routes. When I came back to confirm with the pharmacist that this was true she again refused to answer and said that "I should know since I am an MD". I am an internist not an Ob Gyn and this knowledge of route of a particular medication should be well within a pharmacists training. All she had to do on the first visit was to say, "I have looked up this medication and can be used in either route. I would hold onto the medication but not recommend taking it in the alternative route until you speak to your prescribing provider".

Called in to check status of my prescriptions (they have made multiple “profiles” on me and have yet to migrate them into 1 for the past 6 months. The gentleman was rude and sounded like he was annoyed that I called. He then proceeded to tell me he was in a rush w it’s busy and just come down to figure it out and HUNG UP on me. If I could -5 stars I would. Not to mention they have refused my service 10 minutes before closing and yelled “we closed” and pulled down the divider.

They have prescriptions here that a lot of other places are out of. They have been great for me. Store seems just like any other CVS in terms of style, access, customer service, cleanliness and product on the shelf selections. I'm not sure why they have such a low rating.

Never carries name brand of any of my meds including Allegra D ever. Only Pharmacy I have ever been to that doesn’t order meds that they see being bought on a regular- consistent bases. The people is mostly ok there but as a big name Pharmacy it’s in need of help . I have used CVS in every state I’ve lived or been in this is definitely the only one that does not have prescriptions I am filling ( if I am not worried about cost & I always get name brand they should have both generic-Name Brand for their customers) Other than that it is what it is there I assume it’s not changing until we all call corporate

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to, make sure you save your medication because they don't tell you if they run out, if I have a seizure my family will be suing them.

Was in town for the holidays and needed to have 3 prescriptions filled. Called twice to make this request since this was not my regular cvs I use. Of course I had to go through the grueling process of their awful automated phone system which takes forever. Finally got to a real pharmacy person who took my name and birthdate and understood the nature of my call. She put the phone down and never ever came back to me. I could hear everything going on so the phone was just laying there. After 13 minutes of this someone hung the phone up. I called back and repeated the whole process only to have the same person again put the phone down and leave me hanging…total of 6 minutes. Once I realized that the same thing was happening again, I hung up. So 20 minutes of my time totally wasted on their annoying phone system. What is the point of such a phone system if CVS doesn’t even care to use it properly? I finally went to the store in person and made my request. Told the pharmacist of my experience and she was apologetic. I hope she follows up with employees about proper customer service. So so frustrating. I’m signed up for text messages. Never received a text indicating scripts were ready. When I arrived for pick up, the one I really needed was out of stock! Thx for the heads up CVS. Isn’t this what texting messaging is to help with….good customer service?! These are not my first frustrations with CVS. I’m going to change to a different pharmacy to do business. CVS needs to make serious improvements in customer service!! I’ve been a loyal patron for over 15 years but this past experience is just too much!

Christina was awesome at the Gallatin location. She had so much patience with me and my son while we were trying to print pictures for our passports. Thanks again for the great service.
