The staff are always so helpful and truly care about our dogs - they are actually excited to see them and our dogs love going there for check ups and boarding.

Staff are really friendly, however, recently were given a scary prognosis, when the problem turned out to be minimal. When my puppy came in with a limp, the vets were confident my 5 month old poodle tore his ACL. He was given x-rays and went back twice for check-ins. They were almost positive it was a torn ACL. We were referred to an orthopedist whom told us that he simply pulled a muscle and would be just fine with some rest. Upsetting considering the amount of money that went into a pulled muscle.

We love Critter Clinic! The staff is friendly and they are so good with my dogs. We also use them for grooming. I feel they are very thorough in their care and their prices are reasonable for the quality of care that you receive. We have used them for a few years and I'm very thankful we found them.

The staff and doctor showed professionalism, kindness & care to us when the worst thing happened with our little dachshund on the Friday night before the Labor Day weekend. It was the 4th place we called or visited and because we didn’t have a vet we used all the time, no one would take us. Critter Clinic went above & beyond and I will never be able to thank them enough.

My dog Doug has really bad anxiety issues. He was a Christmas gift. I have anxiety and he was ti be my support dog. We'll.. I became his support person. He has been kicked out of 3 vet's office for being mean. Critter Clinic was my last hope. The vet checked him out. She said Doug was not mean. He was scared! He has very bad anxiety. He is scared of the world. ? Critter Clinic is so kind to him. They understand him. They even put him in a room to wait for his appointment. So he doesn't get scared of other people or dogs while he waits for his appointment. He's on medication now and it helps him so much. I know this sounds silly. Doug is my best friend. I love him so much. It means everything that Critter Clinic is so kind to him, they are patient and they understand him. Doug is one of a kind! I know if you bring your fur baby to Critter Clinic, they will take such good care of them and will treat them as if they were their own pet. They go far and beyond in their efforts to be an amazing Clinic. I'm so thankful for them.... ❤️

Use to be 5 stars, but had to go to 1. They started charging a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. I will not do business with a company that charges these types of fees. There are other vets that I can do business with in the area.

I have 2 chihuahuas and we have been looking for a place to call our health care provider for them and this place exceed our expectations. The staff is very professional and on their game. I highly recommend.

They were very kind to our big kitty, Taco. We went for worm medicine because it's very hard to get Taco to take meds. They had topical meds for worms and fleas. After weighing Taco and collecting a fecal sample the doc came in let us know the treatment plan. Quick and easy! Thanks Critter Cllinic

So amazing with our pets. Friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. We have a diabetic cat who is treated here. Also, our golden retriever had surgery recently and everything went perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years and loved it- up until this past year. My dog had to have surgery to remove his cancerous lump here at critter clinic & had complications afterwards. Doctor was out of town right after procedure and nobody could figure out what was going on- fast forward to my dog having back to back seizures and not coming out of them had to rush him to the emergency vet downtown Nashville turns out he wasn’t prescribed the correct dosage on seizure meds (should have been triple) and she knew exactly what his complications from surgery were the moment we mentioned it. Save yourself money & time. I had to pay for the follow up visits coming back after surgery due to complications which should NOT have been on us. Super disappointed. Would also like to mention we have not once had a call checking on him and the emergency vet reached out to them multiple times regarding the visit and him almost dying from all the seizures. Thankfully they saved his life at the emergency vet.
Attached photos of what he looked like days after surgery and they tried saying it was allergies.
