Definitely one of the more awkward gun experiences I've ever had. I brought a friend of mine here to have a look taken at his AR-15 and the guy behind the counter mine as well have been a space alien acting like a human. He would blankly stare into the distance for sometimes up to 20 seconds before saying anything or moving. Incredibly awkward and cold. The second time I was there I had them take off a bird cage flash hider from my AR-15 and even though I had already told them it wasn't pinned and I wasn't trying to break federal law by making it too short, the three stooges couldn't get the flash hider off themselves and I watched them talking amongst one another and measuring my barrel with a tape measure as if I don't know anything about what I already told them. Just incredibly awkward. Rude, cold and acting as if I was the one that ended the confederacy.I would say I'd never go back, but these clowns are the only ones in town.

Had a gutted rifle. Wasn't able to find parts. Couldn't even find another gunsmith to work on it. Did an awesome job.

Well I brought a brand new Winchester model 70 308 Featherlite to have it pillar bedded and I was not at all pleased with the work that was done there when I received the gun and took it home I couldn't separate the barrel and action frame from the stock so I had to return back up there do you have them separate the gun so that I could inspect the work that was done in which Sam the so-called gunsmith wasn't happy with that so he took my gun hold the front screw and the back screw out and slammed the front of my Barrel on the table just separate the barrel and action frame from the stock when he presented me with the stock so I could see the work that was done I was not pleased with the work that was done this gun happened to be brand new and never shot Gmod my brand-new feather-light Barrel when he impacted the table with the end of the gun he had an attitude when I saw that the pillar in the back was not installed properly he said it'll be fine and I told him I don't think so there's no metal-to-metal contact he went to put the gun back together and instead of installing the Box magazine into the action and then install it into the stock he stuck the action in the stock and tried to install the Box magazine from the bottom which you don't do with the Winchester then he commits to putting the bottom plate and Trigger guard on which would not fit and hit it with the hammer several times marring my brand new stock and Mooring the back of the trigger guard with his hammer before he put anything there to protect it got the screws started and then bent the bottom plate in hinge and Trigger guard literally bent it and tried to put it in the box like that and give it back to me which I forced him to take it back apart and install it properly I'd have to say that I would not ever recommend anybody to take their rifle to them to have it worked on I'm still contemplating whether I need to have them buy a new stock or just go ahead and sue them I'm really disappointed when he went to wipe away the bedding material from the side of the barrel where he glass bedded it he took something metal and scratched the side of my brand new Barrel I mean really does this guy even know anything about Winchester or is he just full of s*** because I no longer really want this gun because I don't believe the barrel straight I think the Barrel's bent is hard as he struck it on the table and I'm not going to pay to have somebody check it to see if the barrel struck that's a $1,000 rifle he f***** up including the $113 he charged to pillar bed my rifle all had to do was call me and say he didn't have the right size pillar for the back that he'd have to order one that would have fit appropriately to make metal-to-metal contact but he didn't he decided to install the improper pillar in the back in anyway and thought I would be willing to accept a less than perfect job on a brand new rifle so I'm really not sure whether I should ask them to buy me a new stock and refinish my barrel and check to see if it was bent or just go ahead and call Morgan & Morgan and Sue the f****** s*** out of him for a whole new rifle I'm not sure yet I'm going to think about this for one more day before I call them but I would not recommend anybody take their rifle or gun or firearm Etc to be worked by Sam they're gunsmith
