“I had a great experience at this bank today that I wanted to share here.Relocating to a new place is a bit stressful, especially when acting as caregiver for a relative struggling with cognition, short term memory loss, and mobility. This afternoon, I took this relative to the Gallatin Regions Bank to deposit a few small checks that had accumulated in recent weeks. My relative walks with a cane and moves very slowly. Mr. William Bryant greeted us upon our entry into the bank, and said that if all we were doing was depositing that he could seat us and help us at his desk rather than our having to stand at the teller's window. This was his first act of generosity, but not the last.He was so kind and patient with my relative who honestly was challenging to deal with during this interaction. I was stressed too since I'm new to this area and new to interacting with this relative regarding these sorts of matters.I cannot speak highly enough about the way Mr. Bryant treated us. My nerves were jangled and I kept apologizing to Mr. Bryant and he was again, so kind, so compassionate, and absolutely the consummate professional.I highly recommend the Gallatin branch of Regions Bank, and especially Mr. Bryant.”

“Of all regional bank chains my personal favorite is US Bank as I've just had better experience with them in multiple states than I have most of their competitors (cough, Bank of America, etc.). I opt for two banks in TN--one local (Volunteer State Bank, always great) and one with multi-state offices (US Bank). Of the Sumner County locations I've not had any problems at any of them and have used most of them at this point but when possible (and near Gallatin) I prefer this particular location. Friendliest staff, plenty of parking, fast drive-through, knowledgeable bankers.”
