Logan and his assistant were fast as well as professional and Boost Mobile has improved drastically as well as being an alternative to Cricket Wireless or T-Mobile. I can't wait to visit the Gallatin store again.

The one guy working knew his stuff technically, we left with a good phone and new service, But, People kept coming in and sliding in front of us.I hate this more than anything, just say "I'll be right with you" , It's my biggest Pet Peave ever!! Put 2 cashiers in place or take strictly one customer at a time. Barely rated a 2

The young lady today Mallela helped me with my phone. I had a flip phone that broke and she took the time to show me how to use my new phone and added my contacts for me one by one. Sweet young lady

Michele G was polite but she did not tell me that in store activation was optional and ended up charging me an extra $35 for something I could have done on my own for free. This is a bad business practice
