I don't understand why there aren't any perks for remaining with a cell phone provider. Ya know, for being a loyal customer. There's only good deals if you're swapping carriers. Or there may be a good deal online when you search "boost mobile phones". But when you actually go in person to the store nearest you, none of those deals exist or are honored. So there's also no incentive to have foot traffic or to walk into the store in person. And I know boost isn't the only provider that does this. Boost just happens to be the provider that I'm using but not for much longer probably

Logan and his assistant were fast as well as professional and Boost Mobile has improved drastically as well as being an alternative to Cricket Wireless or T-Mobile. I can't wait to visit the Gallatin store again.

The one guy working knew his stuff technically, we left with a good phone and new service, But, People kept coming in and sliding in front of us.I hate this more than anything, just say "I'll be right with you" , It's my biggest Pet Peave ever!! Put 2 cashiers in place or take strictly one customer at a time. Barely rated a 2
