I love this store, friendly staff , always find great stuff on sale. Only one issue the store needs more floor people straightening the departments out it looks sloppy with items on the floor.

I went there to find some shoes and asked an employee for help. She informed me that they did not have a shoe person to help me and that I would just have to look for what I wanted.

The Manager Brandy is a racist, if you’re African American don’t shop at the Belk in Franklin,TN.
Just left the gallatin location the lady at the perfume counter was racist also

Belk never disappoints. The sales are phenomenal and the Staff very friendly and kind. Been shopping there for years and never had a bad experience.

I spent 45 minutes looking through all the racks for a sportscoat with no luck. I never had a store employee approach or acknowledge me. The lack of customer service has become the standard in retail. The Belk app is pretty cool. Having the ability to scan products for yourself and clip coupons is great.
