The guy who works Sunday's at this business is the rudest guy alive! This makes 2 times he has been rude to us. This is 2 Sundays in a roll, the first time I let is slide, but not this time. We had a appointment for 1:30 today to have the glass replaced in my phone. It was supposed to take 1 hour.. Apparently the guy ahead of us was more important than us, he took his phone first told him it would be 1 hour. And then proceeded to very rudely tell us that it would be 2 and a half hours. If all the employees are as rude as him, I don't see how the business is still open. Rude guy on Sunday, you need to get a clue, I will never ever go in on Sunday again..I am a very dissatisfied customer

Do not come here if you need an iPhone screen repair, or better yet any iPhone repairs at all. After three attempts for an initial cracked screen repair, my phone is now a greater level of messed up. No more cracked glass, just multiple lines on my screen, random ghost touches, and the now constant complete screen malfunction where it does not work at all.
For the cost of roughly $810 or $275 for each failed repair, you too can waste money and break your phone even more. On top of that, the battery on my iPhone is starting to malfunction as well. PLEASE before you consider even thinking about coming to one of these places to fix your iPhone; check your warranty or pay the mighty cost of a legitimate Apple repair. If I could go back in time and save myself from stepping foot inside of this place I would. Instead, I can only warn others about the provided hack job this establishment offers.

Ordered a 150 AH battery online, and got a discount. Once the store saw the order, they called me to verify it's what I want, because it's relatively rare. The battery arrived the next day, and when I picked it up (physically THAT was fun), the store person was very pleasant and helpful. Even with a technical problem with the POS computer, the gentleman worked through it with a smile. We got the core charge taken care of and I was on my way quickly.

I was pleased BatteriesPlus service. I was able to get a new battery for my phone at reasonable price. It works a lot better now. My car died too while I was there and they helped boost me up to get home. I was overall pleased with my experience there.

Purchased a replacement deep-cycle battery on-line for 10% off. Quickly received a confirming email and then a second email the order was ready for pick up. Simple process at the store.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. The sales person Thomas was unfriendly. I needed new battery for my older laptop. He ordered it and I took it back for him to install. Before I took it, it was working, but I knew we were going to have to replace because the damage to right side of laptop made it hard to open and close. When my husband picked it up, he was rude again and claimed laptop was dropped and damaged. Which it has NOT been. It's just old and wear and tear of opening and closing. Our laptop now will not work, and I just asked for a refund since we paid 145 for the battery that we can't use. I wasn't blaming Thomas for it not working, but he says it turned on for him and got hateful. He hung up on me and said there is no refund for special order batteries. Well, you have lost a customer and hopefully more because of your poor customer service and unhappy Thomas.

Bought a new battery for my watch. 3 days later new battery went dead. I took it back and nice gentlemen replaced with brand new out of package battery. Now I can't reset the time on watch, but... still works though the time is incorrect!! ?

Fast, friendly service. Replaced the screen on my Samsung S20 FE in 2 1/2 hours. It appears they also replaced the battery. Much cheaper than buying a new phone.
