I want to give a shout out to Elizabeth Hollington at the Gallatin, TN BOA branch. She was incredibly helpful to me in a difficult situation (my dad was very ill and passed away recently). She helped me navigate things and always responded quickly via phone or email when I needed assistance. She is a gem, very professional and at the same time very caring and empathetic.Laura Tribble

Extremely poor service. Bank employees are arbitrary, dismissive and uncaring. Managers are always "unavailable". Online customer service cannot/will not provide answers. Avoid this bank at all costs; you cannot trust them with your money. Report your experiences to the BBB, the TN Department of Financial Institutions and the FDIC.

8$ to cash a check from their own customer. Ripping off America one day at time. Next time they come for a bailout I hope they tell them to get lucked but with an F. Staff was awful too.

Closed my bank account twice and did not take any action when I reported that my card was stolen and used for two charges on my account, I called and explained that my card was used and I was directed to closing accounts, after being with the company for 5 years I am very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

Only got a star because they have bi-lingual loan officers. That is their only saving grace. Communication is almost non-existent. May have to use again for clients in need of a bi-lingual loan officers but know to call 2x a day to keep them in check.

If there is zero, I would do that. The manager who is a tall man with glasses always has excuses to refuse to work and require people to make appointment, but for the people who is demanding and rude, he will work and no need appointment.

I've had bank of America for several years now. Every branch has been good to me. Never an issue. My hard earned money is always distributed out to bills. Everything gets paid on time through bank of America. Thankyou for all you do

This is literally the worst Bank of America branch I have ever visited in the United States of America. I went 3 separate times and all 3 times it required me to leave and come back to complete a simple transaction.Any other branch would have just handled my transaction with my license. Maybe it's finally time to move over to a credit Union.

I've used bank of America for over 15 years now off and on. I have hated them and I have liked them. The final result of it all is that I still use them while following their terms. I'm a very poor single father and I called them and they sent me a card so my family could eat over the weekend within one day. My sons belly is full because of you bank of America and that brings me great thanks. This is not a cliche post this is from my heart y'all. It's not Bank of America's fault y'all can't see the light and things around you. Every problem you may have there's a solution. Your problems and selfish desires are not Bank of America's. Just because people tell you no or they don't do something the way you want does not make them a bad entity, now I'm definitely saying Bank of America is not a great entity but they are okay with me if they put their heart into me the way that they did and into my family. Thank you Bank of America I look forward to continuing my business with y'all.

They receive one star only because you have to hit a star? A Bank that does not have a drive-through!!! REALLY ? So I called and asked what was there reason for not having the drive-through open!! she said because of fraud really!!!! Seriously wow, Never heard such? that’s why you have a license, or s picture ID to show who you are!!! Unbelievable no wonder One star out of five!!!!!! I Literally just opened this account two weeks ago ,,and guess what? it will be closed out Today,,,, taking my business some where else. When I opened this account,Itwo flags were through at me ,first flag is when they don’t give you a debit card the day you open your account,, you have to wait 10 days through the mail!!! the second one ,when they put a hold on my check for eight days,, ? such a joke sounds like a Lazy Bank to me!!!!!Lesson learned??♀️
