I was blown away today by Samuel. As we all know teens today we see mostly with their nose in their phone. Not Samuel. His customer service and expertise with cars stood way above my expectations today. Because of him I will drive a little further to this AutoZone instead of the one closest to the house. Great Job Samuel!

Let me tell yall something!! I had a headlight out and I needed some hope. When I got there it was a lady named Hope?? Yall she helped me put my bulb in and was very patient. I appreciate you Mrs. Hope and just for that I won't go anywhere else❤️❤️❤️

I had a wonderful experience this morning at this autozone. I was not in the best mood after getting off a 10 hr shift and started having car trouble on top of others things. I really appreciate Eric for helping me and being so kind and caring. He really made my day a whole lot better. He and his team definitely deserve so much praise. I can’t thank Eric enough.

I have been on hold for 20 minutes so I came up here to see if they were just busy and I could just grab what I needed real quick. There was one person in line and 3 people behind the desk just listening to the phone ring. I stood there on hold in the store watching them ignore it. I will never be back to this store ever again. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years and because a few lazy employee’s, they have lost my business forever.

I am not a young person and I needed help getting my old license plate off my car. I also had 2 cars that needed new windshield wipers. Walked in to this AutoZone and was greeted with a smile and a kind word. My license plate was switched out and the windshield wipers replaced on my Scion. Brought my Altima in and received the same courtesy and left with my new windshield wipers installed. Don't know what I would do without the dependable associates at the Gallatin AutoZone.
