“Last Friday, while driving to Murfreesboro on 109, I noticed a loud noise and a burning smell coming from my vehicle. I quickly pulled over but couldn’t identify the issue. As I continued, the noise and smell only got worse. Thankfully, I pulled into BJ’s at closing time and met Billy, who went out of his way to help me, even though they were already closed.
Billy didn’t just address the immediate issue but made sure everything was taken care of. The next day, I returned to BJ’s for new tires and routine maintenance, and they’re even working on my other vehicle now.

New rotors and pads....They also replaced tires on our daughter's car and gave us a great price on a good set of new tires. They have gotten every job done fairly quickly with zero issues. “Quick & easy. We are from out of town and during our travels my heat shields bolts came undone. Most of the local shops where we were staying couldn’t get us in for weeks to fix it. Called this Firestone and they got my car in two days later and fixed it all up. Was such a relief especially while traveling. Excellent customer service! Was so appreciated.”
