“I had signs of needing brakes and Ausbrooks Auto was able to get me on their schedule quickly! —Little backstory, I bought my 2015 Altima in 2018. I’ve always had a little squeal when stopping. At the beginning, I took it to the dealership several times trying to remedy this. Never happened. They told me sometimes they just squeal. Ha! Fast forward to now… It was time for me to get new brakes. Their work is QUALITY! For 7 years my brakes have squealed, but not anymore after taking it to Ausbrooks!! Super pleased with their work. “Robert is kind, honest, and helpful. I hit a pothole and the right rear bumper and light came unhinged. I also had a flat tire on Monday, filled it, and it seemed to be holding air but I was concerned. Robert popped my bumper right back on and secured my light. Later he called to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong with that tire after trying multiple tests. When I picked up my car, he told me I didn’t owe anything to my surprise. “I had a really bad experience with what an assistant service manager told me about pricing...& ended up with over an $811 bill, despite having told him I didn't need to spend more than $100 over the cost of the oil change. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I did speak to the Service Manager, and he offered me a couple of options, including a huge credit for future services, which we chose. As upset as I've been at the situation, I appreciate how willing Mr. Wilson has been to work with us to "bring us into the fold" as he says, of their family of customers. I look forward to working with him in the future to make this experience a distant memory.”

“Easy purchase experience and worked with me the whole time. Agreed to fix a few things as part of sale (used car) and ensure was detailed perfect. Even gave a loaner car while work was being done. Even made sure the loaner was comparable so my whole family could fit. If that wasn't enough, when the alternator went out days later (not their fault nor would have been able to predict it going out), they got it into the service center asap and replaced it and the battery for free.
