“My 16 year old daughter was in need of an oil cap and oil for her car. Carson was beyond helpful. He ordered her an oil cap, filled her oil and was dedicated to making sure she knew when she could pick up her item along with the size of her engine. Very educational experience for a young driver. He also called me later so I could let her know her debit card was in the safe. It had fallen out in the parking lot. This mom is grateful for the people that work at the Gallatin location and especially Carson! They always treat us with such respect and go beyond our expectations. Tonight was normal in the way they handle their customer service, it is awesome when " normal " is exceptional!”
“I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the fine folks at Rocky's Tuff Trucks!!! If you need truck accessories this is the place. The people are AMAZING! The prices are great and service is beyond reproach!! I am on the road A LOT for work so my F-150 is pretty much my office between sites. I was home and swung in as I need a truck bed cover. They showed me the options listened to my thoughts and we selected one. I ordered the one I wanted and set up a time when I would be home to have it installed. I arrived and within 30 minutes the Installation Technician was back in handing me my keys and showed me how to use the cover. They are also EXTREMELY polite and just a nice place. If you need accessories please give them a shot you will NOT be disappointed. My hats off to the owners and the GREAT staff they have employed. You can tell a lot about the owner from the attitude of the employees and this place has great employees that are happy to assist and genuinely seem happy to be there. this is pretty rare today! THANK YOU ALL at Rocky's I will be back

“I came in to the store and was happily greeted by Donna! She immediately asked me how she could help. I let her know my daytime running light was out and she started looking up the part. I had called my dealer and they said they would have to call me back. After several frustrating moments of waiting Johnathan also happily assisted with the purchase of the part and instillation. He just saved me a whole day of frustration with my vehicle dealer and doesn’t know what he just did for me! Thank you O’reillys! “After multiple attempts to get the battery jumped on my 2018 Fiat 500x, turned out to be a very bad battery. With my car being Italian, it’s a hard battery to find. Leon was able to team up with his local supplier and had the battery installed in 24hrs. Very nice folks, if I wasn’t from out of town would use them again. “Considering we were a last minute service need, there’s really no complaint. Needed to have our drivers window actuator replaced because we are traveling with our travel trailer and far from home. At home it would have likely cost me half of what I paid, but what’s a guy gonna do. Finally after 6 hours of waiting as there apparently are no loaners for out-of-towners and $640 out of pocket we were off. I’ll give the fella credit though, he noticed my Vietnam Veterans tags and applied a $60 vet credit. Thanks for taking us in at the spur-of-the-moment and fixing our Expedition’s window.”
“Went in for a clutch recall on my Jeep. When I got it back, the gears grinded when I would down shift. I went back and Daniel, the service manager, went for a ride with me so he could experience the problem. Daniel took my jeep back in to trouble shoot. It was determined that the recall parts were defective. Once the defective parts were replaced, Daniel wanted me to take a ride with him again to insure the problem was corrected.
I appreciate the time and personal attention that was taken by him. Angela was also key in keeping me updated as it took over a week to correct the problem.”

“I had Mathe Collision repair my Lexus RX September 2, 2025. It had a scrape on the driver's side rear bumper with white enamel paint adhered from a masonry garage knee wall. Also slight damage to the plastic panel at the rear indicator light. The estimate was very reasonable compared to a large body shop's quote. I was apprehensive about the shop and lower cost estimate. However the car was ready in two days! The work was great! I could not tell that there had been a scrape or damage to the plastic. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there again!”
