“I can't recommend this shop enough! I took my SUV in for repairs after an accident and it came out looking like nothing ever happened! You would have never known that they replaced two doors and repainted them. Other shops in town refused our business because we were not going through insurance and were paying cash, but Mathe Auto was more than happy to take our cash payment! They did an amazing job and we will absolutely be taking our vehicles here from now on for any repairs!!”

“My 16 year old daughter was in need of an oil cap and oil for her car. Carson was beyond helpful. He ordered her an oil cap, filled her oil and was dedicated to making sure she knew when she could pick up her item along with the size of her engine. Very educational experience for a young driver. He also called me later so I could let her know her debit card was in the safe. It had fallen out in the parking lot. This mom is grateful for the people that work at the Gallatin location and especially Carson! They always treat us with such respect and go beyond our expectations. Tonight was normal in the way they handle their customer service, it is awesome when " normal " is exceptional!”
“You will not find a better place than this.The owner went out of his way on two occasions to make sure my daughters truck was fixed 100% correctly..He spent hours dealing with the insurance company….who was terrible. Not only did he spend hours, Pam did too. You will not deal with a better person than Pam. She kept in constant contact with me. If you want someone to fix your car just right, then this is your place.Not only did they go above and beyond on two different occasions for by daughters truck, they did the same for my other daughters mustang! “Robert is kind, honest, and helpful. I hit a pothole and the right rear bumper and light came unhinged. I also had a flat tire on Monday, filled it, and it seemed to be holding air but I was concerned. Robert popped my bumper right back on and secured my light. Later he called to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong with that tire after trying multiple tests. When I picked up my car, he told me I didn’t owe anything to my surprise. Breath of fresh air!”

I could have gone to another dealer or maker, but decided to buy with them so that I could experience this level of satisfaction throughout my ownership of the car. “What a great place to get your car serviced. Honest and trustworthy. Ford told me I needed brakes. Took my car to Vic Jenkins and after inspection of my brakes I have 50% on the front and 35% on the rear. All done at No Charge. Will definitely be back for any other service concerns .”

“Easy purchase experience and worked with me the whole time. Agreed to fix a few things as part of sale (used car) and ensure was detailed perfect. Even gave a loaner car while work was being done. Even made sure the loaner was comparable so my whole family could fit. If that wasn't enough, when the alternator went out days later (not their fault nor would have been able to predict it going out), they got it into the service center asap and replaced it and the battery for free. Great sales, great service and earned a repeat customer.”

“Went in for a clutch recall on my Jeep. When I got it back, the gears grinded when I would down shift. I went back and Daniel, the service manager, went for a ride with me so he could experience the problem. Daniel took my jeep back in to trouble shoot. It was determined that the recall parts were defective. Once the defective parts were replaced, Daniel wanted me to take a ride with him again to insure the problem was corrected.
I appreciate the time and personal attention that was taken by him. Angela was also key in keeping me updated as it took over a week to correct the problem.”

“Considering we were a last minute service need, there’s really no complaint. Needed to have our drivers window actuator replaced because we are traveling with our travel trailer and far from home. At home it would have likely cost me half of what I paid, but what’s a guy gonna do. Finally after 6 hours of waiting as there apparently are no loaners for out-of-towners and $640 out of pocket we were off. I’ll give the fella credit though, he noticed my Vietnam Veterans tags and applied a $60 vet credit. Thanks for taking us in at the spur-of-the-moment and fixing our Expedition’s window.”
“After seeing all the negative reviews, I was skeptical, but two other Ford dealers said it would take one to two weeks just to look at my car (yes really) I called Miracle last Friday. They said bring it in we will look at it today. They did and fixed my issue by 5 pm on Friday. When I picked her up, not only did they fix my issue, but they did a recall which installed a brand new HVAC control system for the rear seats. I thought this was excellent customer service! Thanks Larry! I wish they were closer to me, I drove 40 miles to get here”
