I had signs of needing brakes and Ausbrooks Auto was able to get me on their schedule quickly! —Little backstory, I bought my 2015 Altima in 2018. I’ve always had a little squeal when stopping. At the beginning, I took it to the dealership several times trying to remedy this. Never happened. They told me sometimes they just squeal. Ha! Fast forward to now… It was time for me to get new brakes. Their work is QUALITY! For 7 years my brakes have squealed, but not anymore after taking it to Ausbrooks!! Super pleased with their work. Staff is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to find mechanics that you can trust but these guys are very honest and reasonable prices. Not always fun having to take a car in for work but it’s not as bad when you have a good mechanic working on your car.

I do all of my own work on my vehicles due to my discontent with mechanics. From oil changes to head gaskets.
I have a work truck that had been neglected due to lack of time. Blew my transmission cooler lines and didn't have the time or motivation to do them myself. I got my truck towed to them. They fixed what I needed and made a list of other problems they saw and potential problems. They asked ONE time if I wanted them to fix it. I immediately told them in an attempt to prevent them trying to sell me their labor. To my surprise, I was met with understanding and respect. They did not try to sell me on anything or push any further bill on me. I have alot of respect for these guys and even sat and talked with them about different things.
Highly recommend them!!!

First time here, they were recommended by a friend. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I had a fluid leak, and instead of just quoting hundreds of dollars for a repair, they gave me options. When I arrived to pick up my car, they topped off the fluid reservoir and didn't charge me anything. Brian and the other two gentlemen I dealt with were friendly and courteous. I will wholeheartedly recommend these folks.

Great people up here! I've went through several mechanics in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area. They treated us right and had wonderful communication. Brian and Trey are the people I had communication with and were up-front, honest guys. I appreciate y'all! I know my wife is happy now having A/C (along with a truck that goes into gear). Can’t say how welcoming and awesome they were! Looked at my car to make sure I could make it home back to Saint Louis. No bs like other places! Highly recommend coming to them if your needing a upfront and honest mechanic!!
