Wonderful Clinic. They took such good care of my lab George when he had a horrible ear infection. The staff is so caring and accommodating. They took great care of my friends Shihtzu that is older when his own vet would not see him, now he is a client there as well and his older dog is back to being 100%.

I have been going here for years with my animals. We have just recently added a Blue nosed pitty to our family and he went today for his first check up. They just loved him. They wanted to know what food he was given, how much and how often. They made me aware of what they did and what to expect from getting his parvovirus vaccine. They gave me recommendations on how to lease train him since he does not seem to like it. I was very pleased with my visit and will be seeing them in 3 weeks for follow up vaccines.

Top Medical care for our Lab Hannah. Hannah was in need of her 3-year rabies vaccine. The staff was very very tentative and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would strongly recommend Gallatin animal clinic for any of your veterinary needs.

The only reason I am giving this practice one star yes because Dr. Emily Granato is a great vet/surgeon. Unfortunately there were three other vets that were totally negligent in the death of my cat, Liam in February 2021. Let me share Liam's story. He went saw a vet named Dr Bruce, Who did bloodwork on Liam and said he was good to go for a dental because everything came back normal. Dr. Lewis, who did the dental, should have given him antibiotics before and after the dental, (per a vet at a specialty clinic in Nashville), but she failed to do so, which set him up for a terrible infection. After the dental he seemed to be going downhill. It was during a horrific snow/ice storm, but I managed to get him to the clinic. Dr. Rice informed me his temperature was 106.2 and they were getting ready to close in an hour. She said I could either put him to sleep or I could risk my life to get down to the emergency practice in Franklin. The roads were closed at that time and there was no way I could get there. I asked her if there wasn't something she could do for him and she said no because they were getting ready to close, so those were my two options. This had been a healthy 17.6 pound cat that she wasn't even willing to try to help. I'm not even close to being over the loss of this cat! Those three that's failed me and Liam. Dr. Rice has no business practicing as a veterinarian! Now I go to Root animal clinic and see Dr. Ayres, Dr. Mason and Dr. Durlin. I highly recommend any and all of them. They came highly recommended from a mobile vet I use from time to time, Dr Alice. Emberton mobile vet.

The staff was very kind and answered my many questions. The person (Desiree I think), who received Molly when she was brought in. The doctor was also very kind and took time to talk to me and give me as much info as possible on the incident and follow up. Thank you all!!

I had been taking my dogs and cats here for 25 years. I’m not sure when the business was sold to a Corporation , but it has been. The front staff is great and the groomers are great too! My issue was initially they began to require a bordatella shot every 6 months . I took my dogs every 6 weeks to be groomed for at least 11 years. In the beginning my bill was always $90.00 . With the shot required it increased ever 6 months to $140.00. I wasn’t pleased but paid it. The most r

Josh was amazing. My puppy Mia didn’t look or seem traumatized at all after being spayed. I didn’t expect to need to call the next day but I did and Josh was very informative and made me feel so much better about my concerns.

Our beloved dog was having a medical emergency, we called his "vet" at the Animal Clinic . They refused to see him that day because we didn't have funds or a credit card. They said call back when we have the funds. As a result of not seeing the vet immediately, our beloved boy passed in my arms on the way to a vet who would see him. I would never take my pet there again . They do not care about our animals, they only care about money. They were a**holes on the phone and even though we told them he was having an emergency and described what he was going through they refused to see him. Never, ever take your pet to them. If we could give them minus, minus stars we would. We are grief stricken and heart sick that we called them first only to be turned away. We will never forgive ourselves for choosing such a horrible horrible place to take care of our beloved boy. We are grateful, though, to the Hendersonville Animal Hospital for seeing him ASAP.

I don’t have words to express my gratitude and heartfelt love for the TAC H’ville doctors and staff. Yesterday, my 2yr Yorkie began to show sign that she had ingested a form of poison. Quickly becoming unresponsive I rushed her over in tears. The Doctor came in as quickly as I had and began treatments and tests. As we worked through the unknown- the empathy and kindness was as much for me as my baby. Tonight she’s running around like a child who faked the entire thing - if it was not for their quick actions, I’m positive she was moments away from the rainbow bridge.
