You charge outrageous price per gallon of propane. You do not care about your customer… you’re all about greed.

AmeriGas is possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with for customer service. If there is another option, please do yourself a favor and go with that. You cannot reach a person who speaks clear English or one that has any ability to help you. No talking to anyone local. No talking to anyone higher up. You are just out of luck with this company.

Needed a 24hr delivery made, paid $300.00 as required.( 11 Jan 2024 )Tech arrived to refill, diagnosed a leak, filled 10 gal only, locked tank.2 (two) different techs a week apart, arrived to fill " locked" tank.1 Feb 2024 ..tech rechecked for leak, could NOT dignose leak, filled tank.So you tell me, do you think that is satisfactory customer service, NO

After you delivered, I went and checked the gage. My tank is buried and the driver left the lid open. Not a big deal, but inspecting the gauge it appears that I didn't get the full 100 gallons I paid for. By the markings on the gauge, I would say about 15 gallons shy. I've reported this once and there has been no response at all from Amerigas. Fix this and I'll raise my evaluation of service.

One of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a company. Not only do they not give me as much propane as I order, they don’t set up an automatic fill when they don’t, so I have to order it and get charged for a delivery and hazmat fee every time. They take forever to get ahold of and correct what they missed. Terribly run company.

You have filled up my neighbors tanks twice and are still trying to charge me. We have run out of gas multiple times and had to wait days to get refilled. The customer service experience has been bad and we feel that we are constantly lied to or given excuses.

Use litterly anyone else. I am surprised still in business. Like dealing with kids as they never do what they say and have nothing but excuses. If you want to sit in the cold use amerigas because they come whenever they feel like it. Might be weeks later hey they might not come at all. Maybe you will get some gas. Or you can just call any other company and they come right out..

The delivery driver was more than excellent in his performance. He was here early and did what he needed to do and was on to his next customer. His performance was exceptional as well as his attitude.

With winter temperature is fast approaching, I was definitely pleased when the AmeriGas driver showed up with me still showing 20% left in my tank.
