NEVER AGAIN! I stopped in this morning looking at 9:30 for a last minute mani/pedi. The open sign was on and the door was clearly unlocked also open allowing me to enter. There was a lady getting her toes done. I asked if I could get those services today and the guy said NO! We don’t open until 10! I simply said IWILL NEVER COME BACK! We have too many choices to put up with these shenanigans.

I have been here many times over many years. I don't know why there is a single bad review. Every time I have come I have left satisfied and with strong nails. They last a long time and they are very nice here. Hole in the wall type nail salon that no one is going to know about and family owned.

I went here several times. The first the tech did an ok job. The next time I went, I was not impressed. Sloppy and poor customer service. I won't go back.

Don't go here! I went for a full set and a matching pedicure. The lady who did them kept asking me why I want the style (which was French tip with pink instead of white) she wanted me to change my mind to something more simple but it was literally French tips. She tried to do all white polish on my toes before it'll be easier but I quickly stopped her and told her I want my hands and feet the same style. I even tried showing her a inspirational picture of what I wanted and she kept looking away from it. I had to tell her to start over on my toes because she did a style that she wanted to do instead of the style I (a paying customer) wanted. I went back a week and a half later to get the nails taken off because they were lifting after a week. I called before coming in and the guy who answer said that a soak off is $10. The man who did my soak off should have his license revoked! He did a terrible job and was very very rough. He had the drill all the way up to the point it was burning my nail. My natural nails look horrible because of him and to top it all off he charged me $15 instead of $10. They have their prices on their poster and it even said a soak off was $10 not $15. He simply said "prizes went up". When did prizes go u? 5 mins ago? They are very money hungry and lazy!

This placed doesn't even deserve a 1 star!My daughter and I are new to the area and decided to go get our nails done and I got a pedi, while I was getting a pedi I noticed they were using dirty and used supplies to work on my feet...It was so disgusting but I am not one to confront anyone so I let her finish and decided to never go there again. As she was finish working on my feet and she was ready to polish my toes she had me get up from my spot and walk me to a desk so she can paint my toes under the desk....So unprofessional. Then I go check on my daughter's nails and they are completely wrong the design is nothing like we asked for and she told us she " didn't care" and we still had to pay. I asked for the manager Mike who was sitting two seats away ignoring my complaint and she said I can call him myself. At that point I paid and walked out.Services: Nail art

Today is my birthday and my boyfriend and I when to get our nails done and when I tell you this one experience ruined my entire day. Me and my boyfriend got a manicure and pedicure and I wanted a full set of a simple pink and black set with 1 black heart on one finger and the tech pulled out the stick on hearts which non are black I had to change my whole nails design and settle for a ombré set. I had to stop the other tech from doing my nails bc how come I’m not able to get the design even if it was drawn on. I had to reget my feet done bc he stepped on my toe. This was my first time going here. And I was so happy bc so many people recommended it but when I tell u the customer service was horrible and instead of offering something similar to my design the tech pulls out his phone and starts scrolling and laughing on social media. Thank you for ruining the start of my birthday I thought the experience of getting my nails done for the first time in 2 years should have gone so much better.Services: Nail painting
