Bought a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT 5/2024. Buying process was straight forward in my opinion. Test drive went well! XLT is a fully loaded trim for Ford, that said the only issue I have found that is beyond me able to fix is: Rear Backup Camera don't work 95% of the time. I fixed the leaking sunroof, fairly easily, so no complaints on that. Interior was in GREAT condition for a 2013, like way better than most. Pulled the Carfax, I will be 3rd owner, and service records were on par for the year. I even talked to Original 1st owner ( Contact info on the phone contacts in vehicle :) ). Had a solid conversation, so pulled the trigger and bought. Original windows sticker was $41k plus tax, so in my opinion got a fair deal. The question is, should you consider Alliance Motors? I'd say yes, simple, and forward experience and easy autopay option.

Towed my car and when I went to go get it..they damaged the undercarriage and when I brought it to their attention he said they didn’t do that and walked off! Very rude people and only nice when you’re purchasing after that you see the scam artist they really are! I wouldn’t have given any stars if I had the options! Horrible company also don’t believe these 5 star reviews they pay people for them! My mother didn’t even get a car and they paid her twice for two different reviews smh as I stated before SCAM ARTISTS!

My wife bought two cars from these clowns and 1 car doesn’t run anymore. I called to ask about working out a financial arrangement to renegotiate the contract since the car would not run anymore. Mike the manager said they didn’t care about my situation and refused to help in any way. I asked two times to reduce the contract to 12 months and we would pay it out so they made a profit and we got out of this because the car is not able to be repaired. He laughed at me. Don’t buy from them. They are dishonest and untrustworthy

Very good people they are very patient and willing to work with u .They very respectfully. If you need help, they willing to help you right away with no problems. Don’t have to wait.
