“Wonderful place. They treat their employees well from what I've heard. Considering the work here is practically a retirement position and very laid back. Also, their pizza is very delicious, an elderly lady I know sure loves it. My only recommendation is never be afraid to mark down or give employees damaged but sealed items. Like a monster energy drink that has a ding on it. The presentation of the items in your store is always a top priority. Even if it means taking a small loss. I also recommend just taking time looking at the products. In places like this, the biggest impact on customer relations is the feeling you get when just looking around and seeing what a place has to offer. Not saying to do anything in particular, just take some time here or there taking a look at everything. Perhaps move things around. Nothing fancy of course. It never hurts to try new things!”
