My builder recommended staying away from Suburban because of multiple complaints he has had from his clients. But I called anyways to check on their pricing. He had recommended a 1000 gallon tank based on what we'd be using in our home. The lady I talked to on the phone based on what I told her said they would recommend a 250 gallon tank. When I asked for 1000 gallon tank as my builder recommended she refused. Our neighbors have a similar set up to ours and have two tanks, a 500 gallon and 1000 gallon. When I told her this, she still refused to grant my request of 1000 gallon tank. Just lost my business because of one of your rude employees. Going with Marsh. Check them out.

Dishonest techs and extremely rude female customer service. Bill says 900.00 plus tax for inground tank installing That we paid our builder to do they didn't. Then 300.00 plus tax for parts which they used my regulator from Thompson Gas so I get the 200. 00 mag bag all the gas lines where there. From my builder brand new. But only after calling about did Ms. RUDE Agree to remove 600.00 not 900 I paid for tank installation as bill clearly states. The Fireplace that the tank is for still has no gas and they claimed it was delivered with 15gallons and he checked it NOT. Absolutely rude and dishonest. I wish someone else had an inground tank before I dealt with these very dishonest and extremely rude lady

I think it was Jeana - Friendly and helpful on the phone. They are busy but came when they said and Troy who installed the tank, found a leak in our system and went the extra mile to fix it. I highly recommend Suburban.

These guys are absolutely great. Customer service is excellent and they are able to get out to us very quickly to install a new tank. They have several good options for what we needed. Pricing is very competitive as well! Got the run around from Heritage Propane in Walland and Suburban went above and beyond to exceed our needs. Thanks and we look forward to working with you!

Prompt to answer the phone and very professional. Kat helped me get the propane I needed at the price I could afford. Most propane companies are a hastle, Suburban is a head above them all.

Not a budget plan. They came filled our tank then demanded $1800 in a month because that is the end of THEIR year!
