Recently purchased a condo in Knoxville. Moved in, only to find FES equipment and signs throughout property, with equipment giving off irritating audible alarm. Called phone number on their sign posted in yard and asked to have them remove their equipment that we did not use or want, which they did do rather expeditiously. Shortly thereafter we received a bill for $120 for the service call to remove the equipment they had on our property that we never requested nor wanted, and for which they never mentioned there would be a fee. When contacting their billing department, they infornmed me I should have known there would be a charge, though they were unable to explain how I would know how much it would be. The billing department spent most of the phone call trying to convince me how wrong I was to complain. We have paid the $120 before its due date, but will give them reviews reflecting their level of service.

F Troop Company. Our 300+ Apartment complex has had an entire wing of apartments Out-Off line, for weeks, while they wait for a part, and try to figure out whats wrong, putting residents at risk. Unacceptable. Owners selected a small, local, lowest bidder company, to protect one of Knoxville TNs largest apartment complexes.

We had FES installed during the construction of our home 6 years ago. We have never had one complaint with them, their service, products offered, and best of all; their price. Highly recommend!
