We had a great day at the Xfinity store today. The consultant David Kalliny was very helpful, fixed our phones very promptly and he was very nice and polite. We have had an awful time transferring ours phone this week. We are so grateful for his help.

BAD ATTENTION! 2 hrs 15 mins waiting for customer service in this office, and nobody was available for attending me! Later I claimed that, the best response was: would you like to do an appointment for tomorrow? ... Who will pay me this lost time today?

Understaffed, and inefficient. Guy sitting in the corner not doing anything and somehow three people after me were helped before I was. Everyone coming in with the same complaints about increased costs and poor service. Gotta be tough to keep employees with that reputation.

We swapped out an Xfinity TV controller that had stopped working. When we got home the NEW controller wouldn’t even turn on. When we went back to exchange it, they said we’d have to wait an hour to “log in”. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Will drop Comcast after visiting this store today. Such poor customer service and wait time while employees seem to have time to walk aroung and cut up with their co-workers. The place is worse than the DMV.

Five stars because of Amanda McBee specifically. The billing practices for Comcast are absolutely abysmal. My bill was doubled and I was given a service I couldn't even use, and was given the "privilege" to downgrade for more money. Amanda understood completely what my issue was, and was able to hook me up with exactly the plan I wanted at the price point I was looking for.Don't even bother calling this company on the phone, you won't get anywhere. Come to the store, and talk to her, she'll get you taken care of. My bill is now half of what it was, and I'm getting the speed that I need.

right now I’ve been sitting for an hour and a half, I want to become their client, give them money every month. New people come, they are served, I sit. I think we should stay with their competitors. This means that when you give the money to them, they will not be interested in you at all!

Had made an appointment for 3:00pm on Black Friday (last available opening) to review my Xfinity account. Arrived around 2:30pm, thought I might get stuck in Black Friday traffic, so I came early. They weren't too busy, but asked me to wait until 3:00pm before they would take me. One of the staff was free so they took me sooner. Got my plan upgraded (more cable TV features and faster Internet) for less money! Got a new Internet Gateway as well...

David Kalliny is absolutely fantastic! I bought my recent phone from him and he was great. It got better when I went in to discuss my cable and internet package and he showed me how to save $50 per mo. It it got 100x better when I discussed a phone problem that Xfinity tech support spent 6 hours trying to correct but couldn’t. David looked at my phone and in 15 mins completely corrected what tech support told me I needed to replace my phone. David’s a genius and totally focused on helping the customer. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I have to say what a great experience I had with Andi McKinney. After spending hours on the phone with Comcast customer service and being disconnected. I had to come to the store for a face to face visit. Andi was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, answered all my questions and put me on the right plan for me!! What a great asset she is to your store and company!!

I had an excellent experience at the Xfinity Store yesterday, and I have to give a special shoutout to David Kalliny, who went above and beyond as a retail sales consultant. David was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store, and if you do, be sure to ask for David. Thank you for the outstanding service!
