The people are super nice and very helpful. If you’re transferring from a carrier to Xfinity mobile it does take awhile. We had 5 lines so we were there 6 hours. Devon helped us and did a good job.

Literally been with them for 30 years and my bill is insane!!! We don’t even have movie channels and I pay $300 a month then I have to pay for Netflix Hulu, Paramount, blah blah because hardly ever anything on Xfinity. We just went with another service. should’ve done it years ago. Spent two hours on the phone with xfinity trying to see if they could lower the bill and they said there was nothing they could do nothing they could. well another service was able to lower it. I am so done. Get another service people they are way too high. Their equipment is way too high. We went with Hulu 79 a month and has more channels and Xfinity ever gave us and No equipment to rent.

Wayne at the Xfinity store cool springs on baker’s bridge is the man! fantastic customer service delivered by Wayne. the store was clean & all merch pegs stocked. Wayne greeted me at the entry & set proper expectations for my wait tim. then when my name came up, Wayne knocked the ball out of the park providing excellent customer service to resolve my issues. thanks Wayne!

Worst customer service !! Do not use Xfinity for internet service. I recently relocated for work and canceled my Xfinity Service. Turned all of my equipment back in to the Franklin office and asked if I owed anything on the account or owe any fees. I was told no and that I would be getting a credit back for $15.44. Four weeks later I get a bill for $114.61. I called the customer service department and explained everything to them and told them my new home was prewired for another carrier . I was told that they could not waive the early termination fee which is a lie.
If you are looking for internet service, pick any carrier besides Xfinity. They care more about $114 than giving accurate information when I asked if I owed anything on my account due to Xfinity not being an option where I moved to.
If this can keep one person from going through what I just went through on the phone with customer service and the hour of my life I won’t get back it is worth it .
Especially if only one person chooses to go with another provider, I will easily get my $114 back.

Internet speeds are average, plus there are multiple outages associated with their service. They charge a cancelation for moving even to a new location if they do not provide service in that area. They told me they would be waived since they didn't offer service in that area and then billed it anyways.

Employee's are all very friendly; my rating relates to the INSANE store policies. I stopped in to return two cablecards after canceling my service over the phone. Upon arrival, they took my cablecards, scanned their barcodes into the computer, confirmed the name on my account (indicating they found the cards linked to me) and handed me a printout with the barcodes and serial numbers involved. I was informed, however, that my account had NOT been credited for the return and I must wait for a sales agent to do so. Almost an HOUR later, I was called by a sales agent who took the piece of paper, scanned it, printed me a different piece of paper, and I was on my way in 1 or 2 minutes. CRAZY!!!
My reasons for canceling the service are FAR more egregious (possibly criminal) but I'll direct them, later, to the company, not this store. Suffice is to say, after being an Xfinity/Comcast customer for 36 YEARS, I wouldn't return to Xfinity in the future if it was FREE.

We had a great day at the Xfinity store today. The consultant David Kalliny was very helpful, fixed our phones very promptly and he was very nice and polite. We have had an awful time transferring ours phone this week. We are so grateful for his help.

BAD ATTENTION! 2 hrs 15 mins waiting for customer service in this office, and nobody was available for attending me! Later I claimed that, the best response was: would you like to do an appointment for tomorrow? ... Who will pay me this lost time today?
