I began shopping at Woody’s Smokes and Brews and now Papa P’s since 2015, or nine years. During that time, I have spent no less than four hundred and fifty dollars per month. Since my time as being a customer, that amounts to $48,600.
Due to issues at Macanudo, there have been boxes that were unfit to smoke. Believing them to appreciate someone who has paid so much over the years, I asked for a replacement.
Today, I learned that I was costing them too much money and that I was no longer welcome at their establishment. Considering Scott does not have the decency to ask how I am doing every time I come in and it is I that paid them, I really cannot see it is any skin off my teeth they made the decision that the customer is not always right.
Leaving a 5 star rating because the store and staff are great.The owner, another story.

Last night was our first time to visit Poppa P’s. The ambience, the cigar selection, and collection of bourbon was excellent! Ventilation there is outstanding!! Thank you, James for showing us around and having a cigar and drink with us last night. Thrilled Nia DiGesare is part of that experience there at Poppa P’s. She’s letting Williamson know where that location is!

Love the new lounge they have built! Full bar, great air system and comfortable seating arrangements. Private room to rent too. Great wifi and Poppa P loves to build community!! I’m going to spend my time here.

This is my go to cigar shop. Excellent selection of sticks. They’re all perfect humidity leaving the shop. Prices are about as good as they get! Poppa P is super knowledgeable if you ever wanted to pick his brain. I’m always pleased to support him.
