This is my nearest Woodcraft store so I’m usually there once or twice a month . I took a Rubio Monocoat class with Bill this week that I had seen advertised in their sale flyer- it was a great information packed class , and Bill was a great instructor- I’d definitely recommend taking his classes - the store is well organized, and staffed with people who know what they’re talking about .

Let me preface this review by saying I have purchased a ton from this place, including my SawStop. That being said, I am frequently disappointed by the product knowledge of the staff. I have had questions about finishes they sell, tools they sell, etc. and they never quite seem to know the product. I guess that is what YouTube is for. Prices are high, but they are convenient since they are in town. Staff is friendly and seemingly wants to help, but they often don't know enough about the products to actually help. I had some Rubio Monocoat questions (which they have a relatively large end cap display for). I just wanted some basic guidance, but not even their Rubio 'expert' could guide me through the products that help tint and recolor wood.

Finally got to visit this location and it did not disappoint. Plenty of inventory, great selection of wood and tools. Customer service was excellent. Ask for Larry, he was extremely helpful. I will definitely return

I just happen to be walking around and stubbles upon this place. I’ve been planning a pretty big undertaking to fix one of the most badass ottomans you’ve ever seen! Not only have I enjoyed wood work (although a novice I respect the skill Immensely), this store had it all! I enjoyed taking a stroll through it with child like enjoyment at all it had to offer, even books about projects and things I had no idea existed . If you’re considering working with wood in anyway, shape or form, this is definitely the place to go!

I’ve shopped Woodcraft for 6 years and they are always my go to for supplies, equipment, classes, and advice. The people at Woodcraft each have a lot of experience as woodworkers and are happy to share their experience to improve the end product on all of your projects, large and small. The people and their willingness to assist you makes the difference.

Customer service is always great at this. Store. If the person that’s helping me doesn’t know the answer or where something is in the store they do not hesitate to ask another employee for help.

Waited at register while employee finished up with a customer. He then directed his attention to a man that walked in seconds later instead of just ringing me up real quick. He then walked off with that customer, so i walked out the door. I am a regular at the Chattanooga store and hate to see that their customer service isnt company wide. Horrible service!
