“First time in Franklin/Nashville area! This store was super cute! Love Love Love the dress I purchased and it was fantastic for our event that night. I received Numerous compliments, I purchased a medium but I think I could of gotten a small, I just had to tie the back tight. Not sure how sleeves were intended to be worn but I chose down versus up on shoulders.”

“I felt the need to leave a review after my amazing & eventful experience today! I was back to school shopping, and my card declined which has never happened before (my bank froze my card bc they thought someone stole my card and went on a shopping spree haha) and I was embarrassed and felt so bad. The ladies checking me out were so sweet and helpful and made me feel less of a burden! To make matters worse my phone died as I was sorting out my card and one of the ladies offered to charge my phone for me. They could of easily said I’m sorry that sucks but they gave their time to help me, and problem solved! A girl named Alexis was also very sweet and helped me while I was shopping! I want to say thank you so much and I’d definitely recommend going here! :)”

“The employees here are outstanding, they made a really boring experience quite enjoyable. My wife and I ended up at the store twice over the last week and the experience was the same both times, with different employees, good job management.Obviously it's Duluth, the quality of the clothing is great. We had to do an exchange from an online purchase, before we even got done looking at other items she had already gotten the correct size and completed the transaction. “Great! Order online the 4May. Very easy and saved $50 on my order! Then Fed ex lost the package and it wasn't being delivered. A customer service rep told me she would refund the order and the. I called Fed Ex and got the package back in track and finally received it on the 16th and went to J Kill store and everything was great.Sales person was able to still give me the discount on my purchase even after it had been refunded. I purchased the items I wanted without any hassle!I will be customer now for life!!”

It is always fun to shop here as they suggest items and jewelry that I never would have tried but ends up looking great. They have helped me build a better wardrobe. Prices are pretty good too if you learn when and how items go on sale! You just have to pay attention for some months and you will catch on.”
